This is my post for #freewriters 2624 prompt bury the evidence hosted by @mariannewest

I went to the dermatologist in December and she did a biopsy on my right ear, it came back as squamous cell cancer. I had to go back to her yesterday and she did what she called a scrap and burn on it. I had three choices of things she would do and I chose that one because she said it was the least evasive. I will not have that done again. It was ok until the numbing wore off, on a scale of 1 to 10, it hurt like an 8 or 9. I had this done at 1 in the afternoon and it finally quit hurting around 6pm, this morning it is just a sore spot. I have had Mos surgery on my face and it did not hurt like this. I will never have this scrap and burn again. I do not understand how I can be on two different pain meds and still feel pain like that.

Last December she wanted me to use a cream on my face, it was supposed to bury the evidence of all of the skin cancers. She looked at my face and asked how long I used it. I told her I did it for two weeks like she told me to do. She gave me some samples of cream to put on for four days and then wanted me to use the face eating cream again but this time for one week instead of two. She said if it does not take it all away this time, she will need to do a biopsy on them.

Sorry to hear about the troubles (the pain, the procedure, the SCC at your right ear!). Are you scared of that cancer?

I hope that with all the management steps, you can completely eliminate the cancer cells! Best of luck

Thank you @hafiz34
I was told if taken care of early, it is not a bad cancer to have, so I am not scared of it, it is just unsightly on my face.

Yes, I, too hope this second round of using the cream will take care of it.
