In the room I ordered yesterday
where together we loved and slept without fear,
I found caresses that you forgot in pain,
abandoned in a corner, unseen.
Hundreds of kisses also forgotten I found,
in a drawer at hand, as if you wanted me to see them,
kept in the cupboard, there they were,
like a gift from the past, something I didn't deserve.
Between memories and emotions I unearthed,
pieces of our love in this spring,
silent witnesses of a sincere story,
now kept in my heart, where it will always be.
