Exactly. Reward for participating and engaging in the community, and encouragement to start to build more here through increasing participation, comments, posts, voting on others. If more of them powered up, they would soon realise the true power of it.
I totally agree. Plus you are just ensuring that you are going to make more in the future. It's crazy how short sighted people are.
