Yes, the earnings definitely helped with the activity haha but Hive is just better for long term. Snaps just need more active users and some marketing like this.

I made some real nice cash on there while it lasted.
But when the sponsorship stopped, it quickly became very quiet.
Hive indeed is better for the long term. But it needs some more promotion.
Me too and noise.cash was my entry to crypto through microblogging art in there but yeah I saw the end. They made an app for the site later but activity significantly dropped after the cash flow stopped which was kinda inevitable.
One of the problem with Hive is the sign up plus understanding how all this works. I had this issue at first but after spending some cash to create an account which people rarely do unless they know very well about the potential which beginners are unaware of but blogging for 2 years definitely changed my perspective about Hive however I had lots of free time and some great friends from noise.cash who helped me with the onboarding which most people doesn't have sadly.
