Ich denke, dass dem Betreiber das Grenzen-Setzen bei der Nutzung zu Verfügung gestellter Programme oder Tools durch Dritte jedenfalls zusteht und, dass dies eine erlaubte und mitunter erforderliche Vornahme im Sinne einer Funktionalitäts-Einschränkung darstellt, die per se nicht verwerflich ist. Auch auf Plattformen, wie der Hive, wird aktiv manipuliert und zwar durch Einflussnahme, wie Posts und Kommentare wahrgenommen werden und zwar indem sie mit Up- oder Downvotes belohnt oder bestraft werden, wobei letzteres meiner Meinung nach einer Selbstjustiz gleichkommt. Weil Downvotes insbesondere dazu genutzt werden, andere in die Schranken zu weisen, handelt es sich bei dem System defacto um einen Manipulationsmechanismus, den ich äußerst kritisch sehe.

I think that the operator is entitled to set limits on the use of programs or tools provided to third parties and that this is a permitted and sometimes necessary action in the sense of a functionality restriction that is not reprehensible per se. Also on platforms like the Hive, there is active manipulation by influencing how posts and comments are perceived by rewarding or punishing them with upvotes or downvotes, whereby the latter amounts to vigilante justice in my opinion. Because downvotes are used in particular to put others in their place, the system is de facto a manipulation mechanism that I view extremely critically.
