Hoy les hablaré de Playa Xilloi, en O Vicedo provincia de Lugo, Galicia. Tiene una longitud de 550 metros con arena blanca y fina, rodeada por grandes acantilados, entorno semiurbanizado con plantaciones de pinos y eucaliptos en sus cercanías.
Today I will tell you about Xilloi Beach, in O Vicedo province of Lugo, Galicia. It has a length of 550 meters with fine white sand, surrounded by large cliffs, semi-urbanized environment with pine and eucalyptus plantations nearby.
Según la leyenda, en esta playa apareció un cuadro con la imagen del patrón de O Vicedo, San Estebán, los vecinos lo colocaron en una carreta movida por bueyes, los cuales se detuvieron en el lugar donde ahora está erigida la Iglesia de Santo Estevo de Vicedo.
According to legend, on this beach appeared a picture with the image of the patron saint of O Vicedo, San Estebán, the neighbors placed it on a cart moved by oxen, which stopped at the place where now stands the Church of Santo Estevo de Vicedo.
Con estacionamiento gratis, en la entrada hay un parque, baños y duchas para cuando salgas, retires la arena y agua salada del cuerpo. No permiten perros ni puedes fumar en la playa, caminería de madera, que hace que la entrada a la playa sea muy cómoda.
With free parking, at the entrance there is a park, bathrooms and showers for when you leave, remove the sand and salt water from the body. Dogs are not allowed and you can not smoke on the beach, wooden walkway, which makes the entrance to the beach is very comfortable.
Al llegar, estaba muy nublado y poco a poco fue llegando el sol y los colores del paisaje cobraron vida y se fue llenando de gente.

Es una playa de agua tranquila, que me recuerda mucho a las del oriente venezolano, en este caso, adornada con la presencia de las gaviotas, agua no muy fría y no provoca salir de ella.

En el estacionamiento hay un restaurante llamado Parrillada Los Árboles. No entramos pero estaba lleno, así que seguro es una buena opción para almorzar o picotear.

Al salir, fuimos a 2 miradores que quedan cerca de la playa, con vistas en mi opinión , relajantes, con olor a paz, tranquilidad.
When we left, we went to 2 viewpoints that are close to the beach, with views in my opinion, relaxing, with the smell of peace, tranquility.

Mirador de San Román, con mesas y bancos para merendar y pasar el rato rodeado de árboles. Desde donde se ve O Fuciño do Porco del cual les hablé en un post llamado: Paseos con vistas al Mar Cantábrico.
Mirador de San Román, with tables and benches to have a snack and hang out surrounded by trees. From here you can see O Fuciño do Porco, which I told you about in a post called: Walks overlooking the Cantabrian Sea.
La primera formación rocosa es el Fuciño de Porco, hocico de cerdo/The first rock formation is the Fuciño de Porco, pig snout.
