On this fourth and final installment on my visit to Grouse Mountain, also known as the Peak of Vancouver, is dedicated to activities that get your adrenaline pumping and also get you off the ground.
The zip line, scenic chairs, paragliding, and even the cable car represent the ideal extreme activities for the summer season. Although I was not able to enjoy some of these fun outdoor options, here are some images of this magical place and spectacular views of the city of Vancouver.

The zip line area and the scenic chairs were close by, but due to the volume of people lined up to zip line we were unable to enjoy that activity.
FOR THE MOST DARING
I'm not sure if there is a tandem flight option for those who don't know how to operate these aeronautical contraptions, but paragliding stands as the most extreme outdoor option Grouse Mountain has to offer. It was unfortunate that our limited itinerary and the long distances between one attraction and the next ruined our chance to experience this adventure.
The paragliding area is a little above the grizzly bear habitat and after having been very close to it we had turned back to see the lumberjack show, so going back up was mission impossible, so we decided to do another of the outdoor activities, the scenic chairs.
I have wanted to dare to go paragliding on several occasions, even at one point in my life I was determined to go skydiving, but so far I haven't had any luck.
SCENIC CHAIR
I'm used to riding cable cars, but I've never been on a scenic chair like the ones skiers use. Here at Grouse I had a truly amazing experience on this almost one-kilometer round trip. In the pictures are each of the beautiful views of the city of Vancouver.

Although it was summer and I usually tolerate the cold, I remember being in those chairs and feeling very cold. Good thing I had brought my sweater because the friend in the middle of the chair was freezing. 🤣
ZIPLINE
If you are not afraid of heights and want to experience the adrenaline of flying like the wind, but with all the safety measures, then the zip line at Grouse is one of those activities you must do. I would have wanted to jump there, but the long waiting line deterred me and I preferred to move on to another activity.
TIROLINA
The zip line reminded me of my experience as a boy scout.
SKYRIDE
A few minutes after sunset we returned to the earthly plane again and the best way to do it after an exhausting day was by Skyride. This cable car has large gondolas where at least 40 people can stand. Logically everyone wants to see the beautiful views of the sea and Vancouver Island and it was a bit difficult to take some shots, but here are some samples.
It may have taken less than 10 minutes to get back to civilization and that was the end of my spectacular ride to Grouse Mountain.
SKYRIDE

The view of the city from the top of the mountain is breathtaking. Thanks for sharing such beautiful pictures.
Hi, @francisaponte25! I'm glad you liked my post. Thanks for the support and your kind words.
I would totally ride the scenic chair, even the zip line, but no way am I paragliding over grizzly territory! lol
This looks like a fantastic park and with so much to do! And a great series of articles! Canada offers so much to the outdoor enthusiast.
Best wishes for Happiness, Health, and Prosperity in 2022!
Cheers!
So it seemed to me, but I suppose that those who go paragliding know how to handle it and it is possible that the track has an exit towards the other side of the mountain and not precisely on the bear's habitat. LOL
Thank you for your extraordinary comment and I also wish you a blessed year 2022! 🙏
I love your photography and the sceneries of the cable car and zipline. Good evening!
Thanks, @afterglow! All the views in Grouse Mountain are very beautiful and were easy for me to take pictures there.
You're welcome (^_^)
