I am amazed by how well-maintained and well-preserved the details are, the frescoes, the moldings, and the paintings as if someone brushes and dusts them off daily. I am taken aback by the library. It's impressive. I don't remember seeing many libraries in castles in France. Have I missed them somehow? From all of the chateaux, you have visited in the country, which one has the best library?
Yeah they seem to really take care of the collection. I think Chantilly had the best library out of the castles I've seen, as far as I can remember anyway.
