Hello everybody! I told you that in Split (Croatia) we had cold days, and the day we went to Kasjuni Beach (located in Split) was one of those, because it was making a very strong wind that just seeing my pictures there makes my skin crawl hahaha. I tell you to get there we could do it walking from the center of Split for several minutes or you can do it like us that we took an Uber and just a couple of minutes and we were already there on that beautiful beach.

Una vez llegamos nos sorprendió la hermosa agua clara y la vista espectacular que teníamos allí, amé que habían algunas palmeras también. Lo bueno es que no había demasiada gente este día en Kasjuni pero es que con tanto frío supongo que no todo el mundo quería ir a bañarse, de hecho si observas en las fotos, éramos muy pocos los que estábamos disfrutando de un baño en la playa, nisiquiera mi esposo quiso meterse y decidio quedarse abrigando a Olivia .
Once we arrived we were surprised by the beautiful clear water and the spectacular view we had there, I loved that there were some palm trees too. The good thing is that there were not too many people this day in Kasjuni but with so much cold I guess not everyone wanted to go swimming, in fact if you look at the pictures, there were very few of us enjoying a swim at the beach, not even my husband wanted to get in and decided to stay there keeping Olivia warm.

Además de bañarse este lugar es perfecto para relajarte a descansar, incluso hay muchas tumbonas (unas con toldos y otras sin ellos) pero claro que debes pagar por usarlas, nosotros no preguntamos precio porque decidimos poner una manta en el piso y sentarnos allí y es que con la vista hermosa que hay en la playa, este lugar es perfecto para hacer picnic, de hecho muchos al igual que nosotros estaban relajados en el suelo.
Besides bathing this place is perfect to relax and rest, there are even many sun loungers (some with awnings and others without) but of course you must pay to use them, we did not ask price because we decided to put a blanket on the floor and sit there and is that with the beautiful view that is on the beach, this place is perfect for picnics, in fact many like us were relaxed on the floor.

Ah y si vas en carro, hay parqueadero que al parecer es gratuito y si además de relajarte allí quieres tomar o comer algo, hay una especie de bar o restaurante que pude ver desde lejos, nosotros la verdad es que decidimos no tomar nada porque más tarde teníamos el encuentro con los hivers para las bebidas de cierre pero debo decir que a pesar del frío disfruté de bañarme un poco en la playa y es que si estabas adentro el frío no se sentia tanto pero si te salias como para que mi esposo me hiciera fotos seguro no hubieses parado de temblar como yo.
Oh and if you go by car, there is parking which is apparently free and if you want to relax there and have something to eat or drink, there is a kind of bar or restaurant that I could see from afar, we actually decided not to take anything because later we had the meeting with the hivers for the closing drinks but I must say that despite the cold I enjoyed bathing a little on the beach and if you were inside the cold was not felt so much but if you got out so that my husband took pictures of me sure you would not have stopped shivering like me.
Luego del baño, salí rápidamente a cambiarme y lo bueno de este lugar es que hay una especie de cambiadores afuera, donde pude cambiarme sin problemas y más tarde regresamos al centro de Split caminando pero también hay autobuses hasta allí y de regreso igual pero olvidé mencionar que justo cuando íbamos el autobús no llegó y como no queríamos esperar tanto tiempo hasta el siguiente, decidimos pagar el uber que nos cobró unos 9 euros aproximadamente.
After the bath, I quickly went out to change and the good thing about this place is that there are some kind of changing rooms outside, where I could change without problems and later we returned to the center of Split walking but there are also buses to there and back the same but I forgot to mention that just when we were going the bus did not arrive and as we did not want to wait so long until the next one, we decided to pay the uber that charged us about 9 euros approximately.
De regreso, vimos una especie de mirador justo ahí cerca de la playa Kasjuni donde estaba la bandera de Croacia y varias personas observando desde allí. Nosotros decidimos volver rápidamente pero debo decir que está playa me encantó, y si vas a Split, te recomiendo visitarla porque estoy segura que te va a encantar tanto como a nosotros, es una hermosa playa con una vista espectacular por supuesto, con pequeñas piedras, pero lo bueno de esto es que no teníamos que estar limpiando todo de arena.
On the way back, we saw a kind of viewpoint right there near Kasjuni beach where the Croatian flag was and several people watching from there. We decided to go back quickly but I must say that I loved this beach, and if you go to Split, I recommend you to visit it because I am sure you will love it as much as we did, it is a beautiful beach with a spectacular view of course, with small stones, but the good thing about this is that we did not have to be cleaning all the sand.

I got that beach much cleaner that you... it was paradisiac to me. 25C at the time, in my watch.
It was amazing... has been a while I haven't been on such hot waters.
The hottest ones were in Madeira (on a place where there is volcanic heat, and water can get as high as 60 C...)
I have done midnight that... and it was unique!
