El día de Reyes en España es similar al día de Navidad, en esta ocasión sus Majestades Los Reyes Magos de Oriente, vendrán cargados de regalos para los niños que son buenos y a los que no son buenos, les regalan carbón de caramelo.

La noche de Reyes, hay que acostarse temprano, no antes poniendo agua para los camellos y algún tipo de picoteo para sus Majestades.

Nosotros siempre solemos ponerles, trozos de turrones de varios sabores y mantecados, acompañados de una bebida.

Y es que esa noche tiene que ser una trabajera para ellos, menos mal que al ser Magos, son capaces de llegar a todos los rincones de España y dar los regalos a todos los que se han portado bien.

Tradicionalmente en España , el día 5 de Enero, se va a ver las Cabalgatas de Los Reyes Magos.
Nosotros hemos ido a ver las de Estepona en Málaga, Andalucía, España.

Como os podéis imaginar, los niños se ponen muy felices e ilusionados viendo las cabalgatas con personajes de dibujos animados y muchos muchos caramelos que desde todas las carrozas echan.
As you can imagine, the children are very happy and excited to see the parades with cartoon characters and lots and lots of sweets that are thrown from all the floats.
Muchos van con bolsas, bien preparados para recoger el mayor numero de caramelos. 😂
Many go with bags, well prepared to collect as many sweets as possible.
Son unas tradiciones que se mantienen el el tiempo por la ilusión con las que se elaboran, la ilusión de niños y mayores que disfrutamos de verlos gritar de alegría. Melchor, Caramelos! Gaspar, Caramelos! Baltasar, Caramelos!
Recuerdos bonitos que se mantienen en los años futuros.

Siempre se termina rendido tras las cabalgatas y aunque los nervios por los regalos y la visita a casa de Sus Majestades hace que cueste un poco más dormir de lo normal.
Se suelen ir a la cama sin rechistar para que los Resyes Magos vean lo buenos que son y les traigan los regalitos que pidieron en sus cartas.
La ilusión es algo precioso y que aunque seas mayor, se mantiene con estas bonitas tradiciones.
En mi caso, siempre he estado muy unida a la tradición de Los Reyes Magos y he querido que mi pequeña así lo viviera como lo hice yo de pequeña.
