On our trip to Amazonas, we visited several beautiful places, in my previous post I told you about my experience getting to know the jungle slide, this time I want to tell you about another beautiful place we visited, whose beauty dazzled us and gave us a very nice day with our family.
This beautiful place is about an hour away from the town of Puerto Ayacucho, which is where we were staying. On the other side of the slide of the jungle, north road axis, in the area there are a lot of different rivers and wells, with different names, but what not many people know is that from pozo azul you can reach several of these places, I discovered it that day.
En nuestra viaje por Amazonas, visitamos varios lugares lindos, en mi publicación anterior les conté mi experiencia conociendo el tobogán de la selva, esta vez quiero contarles de otro lindo lugar en el que estuvimos, cuya belleza nos deslumbró y nos regalo un día muy lindo en familia.
Este lindo lugar queda a una hora de distancia del pueblo de Puerto Ayacucho, que es donde estábamos quedándonos. Al otro lado del tobogán de la selva, eje carretero norte, por la zona hay un montón de ríos y pozos distintos, con nombres diferentes, pero lo que no muchos saben es que desde pozo azul se llega a varios de esos lugares, yo lo descubrí ese día.
After a long, too long walk of 1 or 2 hours that we did around pozo azul, we visited several rivers and of course we stayed a while bathing in each of them, so we can say that we were in several places in one day. Although as we did not know what we were going to find we went with our phones and leaving them on the shore seemed a little unsafe.
However, where we spent much more time was in pozo azul as such a nice place and that surprisingly was empty when we arrived, of course we are on a date that was not visitor season or anything like that, so it was great, because we were purely acquaintances. We spent the whole day, enjoying the view and moving closer to the river, always looking for shade, because the sun was intense.
Tras una larga, demasiado larga caminata de 1 o 2 horas que hicimos por los alrededores de pozo azul, visitanos varios ríos y por supuesto que nos quedamos un buen rato bañándonos en cada uno de ellos, por lo que podemos decir que estuvimos en varios lugares en un solo día. Aunque como no sabíamos con lo que nos íbamos a encontrar nos fuimos con los teléfonos y dejarlos en la orilla nos pareció un poco inseguro.
Sin embargo, donde estuvimos mucho más tiempo fue en pozo azul como tal un lugar lindo y que sorprendentemente estaba vacío cuando llegamos, claro somos en una fecha que no era temporada de visitantes ni nada por el estilo, así que estuvo genial, pues estábamos puros conocidos. Estuvimos todo el día, disfrutando de la vista y arrimandonos de lugar en el río, buscando siempre la sombra, pues el sol era intenso.
My parents were also on this trip with us, knowing also, since the first time they traveled we could not take them to know. They also had a great time, because the truth is that these places are for people of all ages, there are deeper areas than others and you decide where to bathe quietly, if you want to throw yourself off a stone the deep part, but if you just want to relax in the lower part.
When we arrived at this spa, we noticed that everything was very clean and although there are many trees and plants, everything was well pruned and well cared for. Upon entering the first thing we saw were several houses that are rented for when you want to stay overnight and have more contact with nature, just a few meters from these houses is the river and the churuatas, which are huts to cover from the sun and put hammocks or hammocks to rest.

Cuando llegamos a este balneario, notamos que todo estaba muy limpio y pese a que hay bastantes árboles y plantas, todo estaba bien podado y cuidado. Al entrar lo primero que vimos fueron varias casas que se alquilan para cuando te quieres quedar a dormir y tener mayor contacto con la naturaleza, a solo unos metros de estas casas se encuentra el río y las churuatas, que son chozas para taparse del sol y poner chinchorros o hamacas para descansar.
The areas and colors of the river vary according to its depth, when we went there it was the summer season so the heat had made the waters go down a little and they were not so deep blue well, although the water was crystal clear it did not look as blue as previous times. However a little further back where the water was deeper there you could see the blue that characterizes it.

The places we were in were a bit far from Pozo Azul but all of them were much deeper, usually I stayed on the shore because I'm a little scared, but my husband jumped from trees, rocks and anything that came his way, and he had a lot of fun diving in all those places.

In this season that we visited Amazonas the weather was really strong the summer was getting a bit extreme, so what we wanted every day was to be in different types of rivers trying to cool off as much as we could and avoid a bit of the humid heat that haunted us daily.

So it was not only part of the fun to visit the rivers and wells, it was also a necessity, to be able to bathe in those cool waters that were always kept at a perfect temperature, is something that I am also missing at this very moment, as it is getting too hot also in Maracay.
