Urbex exploration - "free graffiti" zone under the Poniatowski Bridge / Graffiti pod Mostem Poniatowskiego. Strefa legalnego malowania

Recently, I accidentally found an interesting urbex place under the Poniatowski Bridge in Warsaw. I'm usually at the top of this bridge. This time I went downstairs and noticed that there are various interesting graffiti painted on the bridge from the bottom. At one point I went inside and it looked a bit like an exhibition of works by various street art artists.

Ostatnio przypadkiem trafiłam w ciekawe urbexowe miejsce pod Mostem Poniatowskiego w Warszawie. Zazwyczaj jestem na górze tego mostu. Tym razem zeszłam na dół i zauważyłam, że na moście, z dołu są namalowane różne ciekawe graffiti. W pewnym momencie weszłam do środka i wyglądało to trochę jak wystawa prac różnych artystów sztuki ulicznej.

It turns out that commercial pavilions were to be built here, but it did not happen and the area was taken over by artists and skatepark fans. A free graffiti zone has been created here, so you can legally paint graffiti here following a few rules - for example, create aesthetic graffiti without offensive slogans.

Okazuje się, że miały tu być wybudowane pawilony handlowe, jednak tak się nie stało i teren przejęli artyści oraz wielbiciele skateparków. Powstała tu strefa free graffiti, czyli można tu legalnie malować graffiti przestrzegając kilku ustaleń - np. należy tworzyć estetyczne graffiti, bez obraźliwych haseł.

I noticed that the most famous Warsaw graffiti artists create street art here, including niebieski.robi.kreski.

Zauważyłam, że tworzą tu najbardziej znani warszawscy grafficiarze, w tym niebieski.robi.kreski.

Graffiti are very diverse, I liked the psychedelic cat with three eyes and a magic mushroom the most.

Graffiti są bardzo różnorodne, mi najbardziej spodobał się psychodeliczny kot z trzema oczyma i magicznym grzybkiem.

The big downside of this place is the garbage lying around. In the regulations of the graffiti zone, it is written that the creators are obliged to clean up after themselves, and as you can see, many people do not.

Dużym minusem tego miejsca są walające się śmieci. W regulaminie strefy graffiti jest napisane, że twórcy mają obowiązek sprzątać po sobie, a jak widać, sporo osób tego nie robi.
