Hello @worldmappin community friends.
How are you all? Hope you are all well and healthy. Today I will share with you my experience of visiting a very beautiful zoo. In the last four episodes, I have shared with you my experience of visiting Jessore Collectorate Bhaban, Jessore Air Force Museum, Jessore Jess Garden Park and Jessore Binodia Family Park. And this is going to be the fifth and last episode of the Jessore episode today. Today I will share with you my experience of visiting Jessore Binodia Zoo. In the last episode, I shared my experience of visiting Jessore Binodia Family Park. Jessore Binodia Zoo is located next to Binodia Park. H Zoo is located in a beautiful green natural environment. Like Binodia Park, Binodia Zoo is also located inside Jessore Cantonment. So the environment of the zoo is very neat. Many visitors come here on weekends to visit. It is also a good place to hang out with family and friends. Today I will share with you my experience of what animals I saw and how I felt after visiting the zoo. I hope you will enjoy reading today's blog. You will know everything very well. So let's get started.

After visiting Binodia Family Park, my friend and I walked to the gate of Binodia Zoo. The distance from Binodia Park to Binodia Zoo is not very far. So we walked. When we went, we saw that the gate of the zoo was made of beautiful flowering trees. We entered through the gate made of round flowering trees. Before entering the zoo, we saw a small pond on the right side. A sculpture of a mermaid has been made inside the pond. I have heard a lot about the mermaid in the world of fairy tales. Now I saw the statue of the mermaid with my own eyes. We went closer and saw the statue of the mermaid. Seeing the statue of the mermaid, as we moved forward, we saw that "Binodia" was beautifully written on the other side of the pond. Then we moved forward.

Upon entering the zoo, we were first struck by many cages. In the first cage, we saw some of our country's night chickens and Madan Tia birds. Since these local chickens and Madan Tia have the same diet, they are kept in the same cage. Their main food is usually rice, sunflower seeds, and nuts. I really enjoyed seeing my Madan Tia. You can understand very well if you look at the picture above.

Then we noticed a cage of foreign chickens. There were three types of foreign chickens here. One was a Friesian breed of chickens which originated in Japan. The chickens were black in color and grayish black in color. Which looked very nice. Then the chicken was a Brahma breed. Its origin is Cambodia. This chicken is also very beautiful to look at. Then what I saw was a Silkie breed of chicken. Its origin is in China.

We went a little further after the chicken farm cage and went forward and found a turtle cage. Here I saw several turtles. One of them was looking up and peeking its head. I really liked the scene of the turtle peeking its head up. One thing I saw was that some birds were also kept inside the turtle cage. But I did not understand why birds were kept in the turtle cage. If anyone of you knows about this, then definitely tell me in the comment box.

Then we moved forward and saw a Hanuman cage. Hanuman was jumping here and there. While jumping, he went to the back of the cage. So I went to the back of the cage and took a picture. You can understand if you look at the two pictures above.

Then we went a little further and saw an important cage. Because there is a tiger in this cage. But this is not a regular tiger. This is a species of tiger. The name of this animal is Meso tiger. This animal likes to live in mangrove forests, wetlands, etc. Their main food is chicken meat, animal meat, fish. So they like to live in wetlands. The Indian state of West Bengal, which is neighboring our Bangladesh, has declared this animal as the state animal.

The animal we saw this time is called Sajaru. This animal has cuts all over its body. This animal is almost extinct from the present world. So I was very happy to see this animal. You can understand it if you look at the picture above.

Then the animal you see now is a bear. Inside the bear cage, the bear was running around and looking at the visitors. I found it very interesting. In fact, it is a very agile animal. You can see this if you look at the two pictures above.

Next we looked at the Buttercap breed of chicken and the Partridge breed of chicken. The Buttercap breed of chicken originated in England and the Partridge breed of chicken originated in Europe.

Then we saw a big bird cage. There were many colorful birds here. Seeing us, the colorful birds started flying inside the cage. Even then, we tried to capture some on camera. There were various beautiful species of birds here, including parrots.

Then we went ahead again and saw a monkey cage. The monkeys were jumping around a lot. They were reaching out their hands to get food when they saw the visitors. But there was a placard there that said that feeding the animals in the zoo is prohibited. So we could not feed them. Even then, the monkeys kept reaching out their hands to get food. You can understand this by looking at the pictures above.

Then we went a little further and saw a rabbit cage. The rabbits were white in color and looked very nice. You can understand if you look at the pictures above.

Then we moved forward towards a big cage. Inside the cage, we saw many beautiful peacocks. Not only peacocks, but also many doves were kept in this cage. Although the peacocks had not yet molted, they still looked very beautiful. I took several pictures of the peacocks. You can understand by looking at the pictures above. The colorful feathers of the peacocks looked very beautiful. But unfortunately, the peacock had not molted. So we could not see the beauty of the peacock in its plumage. Later, we went a little to the side and saw a huge ostrich. There were two ostriches here. One ostrich was standing with its neck raised high. You can understand by looking at the pictures above.

Then we went a little further and saw another species of monkey inside the cage. These were not so playful like the monkeys I showed you before. These two monkeys were sitting calmly and politely. Then we went a little further and saw beautiful horses. I was very happy to see the horses too.

Then we saw that many pigeons were being raised here. Since pigeons can be raised by releasing them, they are not kept captive here.

Then we moved forward a little and saw a big cage. Inside the cage were two hawks. The two hawks were sitting silently on either side. We captured photos of the two hawks. The two hawks looked very beautiful. You can also understand if you look at the pictures above. Then we moved forward.

Moving a little further, I saw a beautiful portrait of a lotus flower. And just like that, our zoo tour ended. I went back and took a picture of myself inside the zoo to keep my memories. All in all, I can say one thing, even though this zoo is small, I was able to see a lot here. In the meantime, our Jessore tour ended.

What a wonderful and detailed tour of the zoo.
The gate made of flowering trees and the mermaid statue are original idea for this unique place.
It's fascinating that you saw a nearly extinct Sajaru. What was the most surprising animal for you to see in person?
