In the evening, I was listening to a podcast with two well-known businesspeople discussing their startup ventures. I was curious about what they might talk about. One begins his introduction by discussing his early life and his struggles. After some time, he asked a question about how one should view one's life. He said that you cannot control your life; instead, you can strive to guide yourself. If you want to learn more about life and how to be successful, I recommend reading "The Go-Giver" by Bob Burg and John David Mann.

As soon as I started reading the book, I became deeply immersed in its insights. Joe, a brilliant, hardworking, ambitious young guy battling with his business, is a go-getter. During that terrible moment, he was yearning for someone who could assist him in regaining his job. He came up with a concept after recalling his friend Gus discussing a Big Wheel consultant titled "Pindar, The Chairman". Pindar is a brilliant teacher who consults others based on his extensive knowledge of business and life. Joe persuaded his friend Gus to set up a meeting with Pindar, and that's how it began.

Pindar is well-known for keeping his trade secrets for both business and life. Joe was quite pleased to meet him at a restaurant for the first time. Pindar's first lesson in their first meeting is "The Power of Giving". This is the first lesson that all successful people should learn. Givers always draw, and this is how they influence others. Pindar's sole condition was to allow Joe to use the lessons he had learned from him right away.
"You don't get what you want, you get what you expect"____” Pindar, the go-giver)

##The trade secrets, which are known as the five laws of stratospheric success:
Pindar shares his first laws of stratospheric success with Joe and the art of giving & its values. He is a great teacher, he uses his all experience & knowledge to guide people to become successful in their lives. His five laws of stratospheric laws are,

“The First law is the law of value.
The second law is the law of compensation
The third law is the law of influence
The fourth law is the law of authenticity
The fifth law is the law of receptivity”

He goes over each of these regulations with Joe one by one when he meets new people and finds out how they live their lives. I believe that while each businessperson has a unique way of thinking, everyone follows a similar route. In this book, he exhorts readers to love others and work more so that they can live longer and wider lives. Serving others should be your goal as well as helping them become better versions of themselves. Sometimes people just think about themselves, forgetting that nothing in this world comes for free and that you always have to give something in order to receive anything. Equal chance for all; each person has a unique interest and viewpoint, which we must respect. Individuals adore genuineness; they respect you for who you are rather than what you do. It is also important for people to have a receiving mindset since it is the way of life and it allows one to experience the joy of giving.

For me, it's more than just a book—it's a manual for changing one's life. I adore how the writers presented it to the reader; it not only captured their interest but also piqued their curiosity to delve further. All we need to do is look for the unequal riches that exist throughout the earth. We must continually offer more and remain receptive to receiving.
