RE: Surrealist Buildings in the Mexican Jungle - Las Pozas de Xilitla

@stortebeker well seing the awasome pictures that you share with us, i can't stop to remember the great Belvedere from Dutch engraver M.C. Escher, with impossible forms, and corridors that going to you to nowhere, Las Pozas are amazing! now that i am in Mexico City, for sure will add Xilitla anda Las Pozas to my place list to visit.

Oh yes, certainly! M.C. Escher with his world of columns and staircases that always make sense only when you look at small areas, but as soon as you behold the big picture you are confronted by optical illusions. You are right, this house looks as if it was inspired by him (who knows, maybe it was). Yes, if you're in Mexico you totally should go up to Xilitla! Enjoy, and thanks for the comment!
