This yarn is produced commercially by rearing silkworms under special systems. The method of rearing silkworm cocoons is called sericulture.

The factory of Sapura Silk is built over a large area. The whole cloth or saree is made step by step by collecting the yarn from the silkworm here. Again, the sales center has been made quite big.
First the silkworms are collected.
From there silk ash is collected and sent for processing of yarn.
The yarn is also monitored for perfection.When the yarn is perfect, cloth is made from it.
Big big thanes are prepared and taken to iron. And sarees are taken to be dyed.
Apart from the color of silkworms, if one color is needed in the fabric, then the silk thread is dyed in that color and then used.
Silk fabric is not normally dyed so wax is dyed with the help of Hurricane.
Although all the work is done with the help of machines, manpower is needed in front of each machine, and mostly girls are seen in this factory.
A lot of clothes, sarees are being made constantly and workplaces are also made in it.
The clothes are sold in own showroom and exported outside the country.
Coming to Rajshahi, you can take an auto or a rickshaw to Sapura Silk's factory. Every worker in the factory is very sincere, if someone goes on a trip, they call them and show them the work process. Answers their questions.
Apart from all of this the showroom is very well decorated.
When buying silk, take out a little thread from the cloth and burn it. After burning, if the burning smell of silkworms comes out from the cloth and the thread burns to ashes, then you will know that the cloth is really made of silk thread. On the other hand, if polyester yarn is burnt, no smell will come out, instead it will stick to the hands like glue.
