Chasing Waves and Endless Horizons at Alcoy, Cebu, Philippines

Good day hivers! It's another day to be blessed and another day to have a wonderful adventure! Do you also love splashing waves at the beach? or having a bonding with your family, cousins, friends, classmates, and etc? well if yes, this blog is for you! If you are not into beaches, this blog may change your mind because in this blog, you can see the beautiful waves the white sand of Tingko Beach located at Natalio Bacalso Avenue, Alcoy, Cebu, Philippines. A day before on our adventure, me and my friends want to go on a beach at Southern Cebu. We planned on our group chat, on where we should go and one of my friends suggests that in Alcoy, Cebu, Philippines there is a wonderful beach there named Tingko Beach. So, all of my friends agreed, and the plan was already set. After that, we already packed our things so that tomorrow we are ready to go. In the morning, and we are already in the car already we are so excited to go on a new adventure.

When we already arrived at Tingko Beach we really did not expect that this beach is truly wonderful and that time it was not that crowded, and I love it because I hate crowded places it makes me sick and vomit. Me and friends took pictures, but I don't have many photos it's because I was not feeling well when we arrived. But after an hour, I was getting better because I took a nap. After they took photos, we start to wander around at the beach. While wandering at the beach, we did really appreciate the beauty of the sea.

It was so very refreshing to hear the sounds of the waves with my own two ears. The colors of the sea and the sky was so blue, it was so very pleasing to my eyes. While the wind was like singing a song to my ears and the trees was also dancing and the waves as if it is accompanying the wind. This beach was truly amazing, perfect for bonding with your friends, family, cousins, and etc. We are so very happy to witness the beauty of one of the most beautiful beaches in Argao.

We did also eat a "lechon", came from the Spanish word "lechona" means " suckling pig". Lechon is very famous here in Cebu, it's very delicious and the meat is very tender and juicy, the skin is very crispy also. I love also the skin of the lechon, it's always my first target if there is a lechon on the dish. Lechon is always present on the dish whatever occasion is being celebrated, birthdays, christening, welcoming party, Christmas party, reunion, and etc. Lechon is one of the best foods here in the Philippines that you could ever eat.

We did really enjoy our adventure here on Alcoy, it has wonderful a view, and you will never get tired of watching or stare at the beach. It has a very eye-catching view, perfect for someone who loves taking pictures and videos, it is also suitable for people who wants to have a simple and quite adventure. Not all people want to have so many pictures for memories but there are people who's contented with one picture, that person will just constantly look to the view and after that moment. That person will always remember that moment, why? It's simply because those stares of his/her eyes were like a camera, and it will auto save into the memory of the person not just in mind but also in the heart of the person. Those memories were saved will not vanish because it's already cultivated of who you are today, tomorrow, and in the future.

When it's already night, me and my friends start to have a deep conversation while we are facing the bonfire, having deep talks with them makes me happy because as a friend it is a great to have a good communication with your friends. Some of my friends were really sad because of the struggles they've been facing lately but I told them that we all have different hardships, and God will always there to guide and support us no matter what happen. Giving them advice, is one of their motivations to move forward and I was so happy because having friends like them are very rare. I will always be proud of having them as my friends and by staying on my side also.
