I have never seen anything quite like this. It would definitely be worth the wait to enjoy even a small part of this, even if it's just for photos.
There was a small cheese market at the regular market in Leiden on Wednesdays and Saturdays. My husband and I love cheese so we went to town and sampled all different kinds of cheese. I particularly remember a chili cheese.
I'll never get over the architecture. Look at those stunning buildings.
I really need to get back to Holland. My girlfriend came to visit me in the Philippines, and I think it's time for me to get back there.

Sampling the cheese would be a lot of fun. That was something that we didn't do during any of our visits.
I think a lot of places have cheese markets but I believe that the two biggest in Holland are the ones in Alkmaar and Gouda, where they are more of a tourist attraction than anything else.
I agree that the architecture is pretty cool.
