Actually it was a home built by a very rich merchant of that area but the owner and the only son of that merchant died tragically after that the relatives of that merchant and people of that area used to call that home as a sinister place and the honours of that palace left abandoned this building and 80 years after government took control of this building, renovate it and turned it into a Library and hunting thing is that the owner who built this palace and his wife are both buried in the Hall Of this building.
