"The oldest parts of the Llanes fortifications are about 800 years old. The city walls and the Duke Palace aren’t in top-notch condition, but you can admire the Torreón de Llanes (Tower of Llanes), which rises above the city. And which did not escape Christmas decorations, so it looks eerie at night (alas, I did not take a night picture)."
