RE: Jim Morrisons Grave

Wow, that really is a lovely cemetery. I know I've seen some pictures here and there before, but nice to get a few glimpses again, along with some interesting history. I didn't realize they were still taking new "guests"! My mom has always been a Morrison fan, really she enjoys reading and learning about the lives of a lot of the different rock stars from that era.

We have a pretty well-known cemetery here that now I'm inspired to visit again. Oakland Cemetery in Atlanta. There are quite a few interesting people buried there that played a big part in local history. I've been once to run a Halloween 5k race there, but I've never really taken the time to explore the grounds. It's nowhere near as big or striking as this one, but still worth a visit I think. So thanks for the inspiration to add that to my list soon. :)

Yeah you wouldn't think that a cemetery would be an enjoyable place to visit for a walk or run, but they are, surprisingly. Often it seems that the older the cemetery the better as well - back when the gravestones were the size of a statue or small monument lol.
A halloween run would be cool.

Anyway, thanks for the comment :)
