Come Wednesday(May 19,2022) the last day of our Cebu get-away. But before going home we went to this beautiful park called SIRAO FLOWER GARDEN. 44mins ride from Gorordo Avenue to Busay where Sirao is located. On our way there I cant help to be mesmerized by what I am seeing. Upon entering the park, we paid an entrance fee which does'nt cost much but the garden was magnificent and refreshing to the eyes so worthy of the money we spent in going there. Feels like a glimpse of heaven I should say with all the colorful flowers and other attractions that can make worries gone for a moment; also there are snack stalls for guests and tourists to buy as well as a mini souvenir shop, and you guessed it right we bought some for ourselves.
How I wish we could stay for a little bit longer but there's a taxi waiting outside and surely the meters running fast, haha.
However, it was indeed a day well spent.
They say this garden is also called "Little Amsterdam of Cebu" but unlike in Amsterdam's famous tulips, Sirao Garden have Celosia flowers in flame colors red, yellow and orange which looks it more attractive plus other fleurs like sunflower, chrysanthemum, daisy and aster, which gives an ideal edge for picture taking. This place is also known as a garden lovers paradise.
After that quick adventure off we go to the port and travel back to Leyte via Ocean Jet shipping lines. It was just a short trip but so remarkable and many experiences, many laughters and conversations, happened in two days and two nights with the person I love the most and some members of our Church, unfortunately the whole bunch was'nt able to come with us here in SIRAO.
Blessed to have this opportunity despite of being absent at work, its not everyday anyway and I just wanna treat myself too for all the hardwork I have done in the past months. For when I get married, things will be a lil different and priorities will no longer be the same like when still single; so lets go seize the moment and treasure each and every memories may it be on your own or with the company of your dear friends and family.
These kind of happy memories will never be erased and the ones we will look back when we are old.
