When we met "El Campin" stadium in Bogotá for a music concert.

A few days ago I wrote my first entry in this community, in that post I told in a more or less summarized way my experience traveling for the first time to Bogotá - Colombia, an adventure that I organized for a long time with my girlfriend @andr3apat1no where I had the opportunity to see many interesting places.

On that occasion, i explained that the main reason for our trip was to attend to a concert performed by Bad Bunny as part of his World Hottest Tour.

Regardless of what we think of this artist (we know he's pretty polarizing) we must acknowledge that he is one of the biggest figures in the entire modern music industry, and I personally appreciated several of the tracks he had created over the years.

The event would take place in "El Campin", one of the largest stadiums in the entire country, this means that apart from listening to one of our favorite musicians, we could also get to know a very prominent place in all of Colombia from a architectural point of view.

And well, on November 20 the long-awaited day arrived, so after taking the "Transmilenio" (A fairly crowded form of transportation in Bogotá, made up of a huge bus network with single tracks) we arrived to the stadium without much problem.

Our first concern arose when we found out that the doors (according to our virtual tickets) would be open from 2 in the afternoon, an exaggerated level of advance considering that Bad Bunny was not scheduled to sing until 10:30 at night. Why would the organizers need such a big time gap, when we all already had assigned seats with our tickets?

The answer to this question was more or less evident when we arrived, since the logistics of the event were practically nil, and despite the fact that there were multiple lines, none of them followed a logical order and it was easy for anyone who came to sneak in (Whether intentionally or not).

In our case, we arrived at the stadium around 2 in the afternoon, and we kept lining up from that time until 10 at night. Obviously, calling it "lines" would be giving them too much merit, considering that they were more like "stampedes". organized".

If it hadn't been for the amount of time we spent excited about the event, or the money we came up with to buy tickets in February, I swear it would have been too easy for us to abort the mission, taking advantage of the time we could spend on other activities. Exhilarating than wasting time lining up, jostling with other attendees and arguing with the few policemen who were there to calm the crowd.

Obviously, we cannot let this bitterness end up overshadowing the quality of the event, a concert of more than two hours where he sang a highly varied repertoire that seemed built so that any Benito fan of any generation could enjoy it. In terms of production it was great and we were surprised by the play of lights, colors and fireworks that accompany certain moments on the set, as well as the intermittent but pleasant moments of interaction with the public.

El Campin, on the other hand, lives up to its reputation, it is a huge place that manages to contain an absurd number of people and its facilities are relatively comfortable. We enjoyed the concert a lot and it was a pleasure to see the live version of several songs that we liked a lot, beyond the previous stress, we are very grateful to have had the opportunity to live that moment.

For those who have the opportunity to see the stadium, especially if it is with a well-organized concert or a football game, I totally recommend it.
