ABANDONED TOURISM // The charm of the sunset on the top of the Japanese Cave hill

in Worldmappin9 days ago

Good night to all my beloved hive friends ❤️

In this post I will share my experience when visiting an abandoned tourist destination in the city of Lhokseumawe, namely the peak of the Japanese Cave hill, this tourist destination is on the outskirts of the city of Lhokseumawe and from the city center we only need about 15 minutes to get to this place, of course this is not a far distance so that it allows many people to visit this place to just spend the afternoon or enjoy the natural panorama offered by this place.

This tourist destination is located on a hill, but I don't know why this hill is called Japanese Cave Hill,i haven't received clear information about the name, but every time I visit there, it always ends happily. Besides being able to see the amazing natural scenery, there we can also feel how fresh the natural atmosphere is that we might not be able to feel anywhere else.

One of the things we really have to pay attention to when we want to travel is to double check our motorbike's fuel, because running out of fuel on the way is really annoying lol.I don't know the exact location of this gas station, but this gas station has a garden that looks very beautiful.

From this gas station, it only took me about 8 minutes to get to the road leading to the top of the Japanese cave hill, the downside was that I visited this tourist spot in the afternoon when it was already getting dark, but the positive side was that the weather wasn't hot at that time so I could enjoy everything there to my heart's content.

On the way to this place we will pass through a road that is uphill, even always uphill, focus and caution are the most important things because there are several areas that have ravines beside the road, from this road we can already feel the fresh atmosphere of nature and here we can also inhale the fragrance of the random flowers that are around it

Along the roadside, we'll also find numerous abandoned shops, upon closer inspection, they appear somewhat spooky, perhaps due to their dilapidated and neglected appearance. Upon reaching the first peak, I immediately looked for a place to park my motorbike, from the top of this hill, I could immediately see the beautiful natural scenery.

It's not just about the natural beauty because by enjoying natural scenery like this we will feel much calmer and of course happier, for nature lovers maybe they can already understand and feel it. time goes by without realizing it the orange rays of the setting sun have begun to appear.

According to the information I got from local residents, this place is not just a tourist spot because this place also holds thousands of stories and history, but I myself don't know anything about the history of this place, there are even people who believe that this place is still considered sacred, and there are also several prohibitions that should not be done in this place such as making noise, being too cheerful, using bad words, I myself just agree and obey the order, moreover around this area there is also a fairly large public cemetery area (maybe I should look for information about the history of this place)

The sunset view at this place also looks very beautiful and impressive, but I knew that my position at that time was still at the top of the hill so I shouldn't linger any longer in this place.

Time is short, but sometimes we will get happiness when we can make use of that time. Thank you.

Wow, that sounds like a truly special and peaceful place 💖 It's a shame such a beautiful spot is abandoned, but it seems like that gave you a truly unique experience 🙌 The view of the sunset must have been incredible! 💕

I also don't know why such a beautiful place is abandoned, and that's a real shame.

It’s awesome how a place can feel both peaceful and mysterious, full of stories yet still waiting to be discovered. Nice place!

I hope I can soon get information about the history of this place, I am very curious.
