I don’t want to unvote the return because that lowers the bar for other projects that I don’t want to support.

What I recommend is that you seek vote for your proposal from others and consider NOT requesting people to unvote the return. That will send a wrong message.

We totally understand your choice and of course prefer to be just funded @azircon. We only ask because @gtg himself considered that we should try this option. :)
also we only asked you guys if you would consider it, nobody else.. as it is only a small amount that we miss to reach the line to being funded. We don’t mean to start a whole discussion over the topic nor do we try to get return proposal down for much.
Since it is a small amount, it would be easy to secure it by organic votes. You are a popular project and lot of people use you.
What I recommend is look at the list of people who voted an already funded proposal, but not yours. Go and ask them one at a time. I am sure you will be funded within one hour, if you lobby it correctly.
We are doing that already and Well we keep trying :)
