Masterpiece "Van Phong Bay" captivates people's hearts

in Pinmapple2 years ago

"March wind, the old woman goes to sea"
It is a folk saying of the inhabitants of the fishing village that going to the beach in the third lunar month is the most appropriate time of the year. Going to the beach in March, you are not afraid of seasickness because of the strangely calm blue sea, but you also leisurely watch the vast blue sky and sea. The sea is so clear that sitting on the deck you can see firsthand the coral reefs and marine life...

Van Phong Bay is the convergence of the most beautiful things of a sea that is beautiful, wild, and peaceful. A destination that nature favors, a place that you will regret if you don't set foot in a once-in-a-lifetime trip to admire the masterpiece that nature has bestowed on this place.

To get to Van Phong, you need to be at Van Gia port located 60km north of Nha Trang city.
There are many ways to get here such as by plane, train to Nha Trang and then take a shuttle bus to Van Gia town. For convenience, I take a bus from Ho Chi Minh City to Van Gia. If you are a biker, you can choose a vehicle that is a motorbike.
Arriving at Van Gia, we rented a canoe and began our journey to explore this beautiful sea.
Van Phong Bay has many islands, peninsulas, long sandy beaches, wind-tight natural terrain, and diverse ecosystems.

We were diving in the coral reef near Hon Lon island on a sunny and calm day...

Vivid and colorful coral branches are only about an arm's length from the transparent water. School of yellow, blue, and red sea fish… hovering over the guests wearing diving glasses with indifference. The starfish rest on the sand next to the gentle sea urchins...

With stand-up paddleboards, everyone can form a rowing team on the sea, remember to wear life jackets.

My and my friends' overnight location is in Diep Son, a cluster of 3 islands. The special thing is that at low tide you can walk to move between the islands because there is a natural sand path connecting the 3 islands. An enjoyable experience.

The seawater was quite shallow so my friends were able to catch some snails to improve the dinner.
Overnight here, there are quite a few options such as sleeping in a bungalow on Phat Ly island or sleeping at the local people's house in Hon Bip. Because our group was quite large, the group planned a camping trip. If you choose like me, you should be prepared because buying food and fresh water on the island is quite difficult and incomplete.

Our group camped near the canoe driver's house, next to an old boat and a bridge leading to the sea.
After a night on the island, our group packed up and returned to the shore to continue to explore some places such as Dam Mon, Dai Lanh beach, Double cape - the easternmost point of the country. But that is another story I will tell in the next blogs.
Although classified by the World Marine Association as one of the four most ideal beach tourist destinations today, this place is still wild, deserted, and full of nature, unaffected by human hands. people, or the rhythm of modern life. The people here are very kind and hospitable.
The first time I came to Van Phong Bay, I really couldn't believe my eyes, it was so beautiful, so wild and so peaceful. A somewhat selfish thought flashed through my mind: Or should I keep quiet, keep the sky, these scenes to myself… So if you read through my post and come here, please bring your thoughts with you. To protect the environment, do not litter on the beach or break coral branches as a souvenir.

Thank you for reading my post and have a great week ahead.

I am Sang. Follow me, I will tell you about my trip to Vietnam.
