Travel To Alcoy Cebu Part 5 : The Last Hours In Alcoy and Way Back To Cebu City!

Hope all are safe and well!

Today, I will be sharing the last part of my Alcoy travel. Before I proceed to Part 5, here's the link for Part 1, Part 2, Part 3 and Part 4 if ever you missed it. 😀

We are now on the last part of my travel to Alcoy. Saying goodbye is a dramatic feeling ever. 😁 So, just don't say goodbye. Better say, I will be back again. 😁

Let me show you now the happenings before leaving Alcoy as well as the beautiful road views of Cebu South.

Freshly Harvested Young Coconut Fruits 😋

In few hours before leaving Alcoy, we still creates memories to be cherish. My friend's husband harvested some fresh young coconuts. When he got the coconut fruits, he opened with a small hole of the coconut fruits and transferred the sweet coconut juice to the pitcher.

Once the coconut juices been transferred to the pitcher, he cut the coconut fruit into two so that we'll get the yummy young coconut meat using the spoon. And put it in the pitcher together of the sweet coconut juice.

After that is time to enjoy it. I got here a glass filled with coconut juice and meat. It's so delicious! I like the natural freshness and sweetness of coconut juice and meat. The one glass is not enough for me. Guess what?! I was able to take four glasses of it. I become so full! 😁

After enjoying the coconut fruits, we packed our things and prepare ourselves to go. We bid goodbyes to our very kind and hospitable host of our vacation - my friend's mother in law. We got picture to remember before leaving.

I also had a picture of my little cutie goddaughter while we are at the veranda. It's nice view outside with all those big trees that give warmth and shades while having a good time at veranda.

When we are all ready to go, we started walking to the highway. We walked more or less 500 meters away.

When we are at the highway, we waited about few minutes only until the bus arrived. Look at the lushly green background, it's so refreshing even we had a long walk.

When the bus arrived, we are lucky to occupy the front seat. I am the one who seated in front because a kid is not allowed at the front seat. I really love riding a bus in the front seat because I can enjoy the view of the places we are passing.

Fasten Your Seatbelt And Enjoy The Ride ❤️

Even the bus is not yet fully occupied, the driver told us to fasten the seatbelt of the passengers occupying the front seats before we start our ride - our journey to Cebu city.

In just few minutes, our journey begins. It is about 3 hours long ride from Alcoy to Cebu City. My butt been tired of a long journey but my eyes been filled of beautiful nature views I enjoyed especially I am at the front seat, I can see and appreciate every beautiful things around. 😁

I am saddened leaving the beautiful place like Alcoy. As we are riding a bus, I have here a lot of random pictures while going to the City. For sure you'll enjoy it as I do enjoy. 🥰 There's no traffic at all! You can see and feel it that it is peaceful and quite to live in the provinces than in noisy, populated and polluted city. Come and join me as I enjoy the ride! 🥰

When I get tired taking pictures, I decided to sleep for few minutes or in an hour. I didn't noticed that I had a long sleep without noticing that we are few kilometers away from the city.

Approaching The City

As we are getting nearer to the city, I can feel that traffic is getting heavy. There are lots of vehicles already. It is becoming dark when we passes the subway. We've been riding a bus more than three hours already. Because the bus has a lot of stop over of picking and dropping other passengers in every places we passby.

I can really feel the different atmosphere as we are approaching the city because it is becoming hot due to few trees in the city compare in the provinces.

When we are getting nearer the Cebu South Bus terminal, the driver and the conductor announces to keep our cellphones and keep it safe and away to the snatchers. Maybe they are announcing it based on their experiences that a lot of phones of their passengers been snachers in that particular area. So, I did keep my phone in my bag until we reached the terminal.

At Cebu City

When we arrived at the terminal, we look for a taxi to bring us to our boarding house. It is much convenient to ride a taxi as it is already night when we arrived and we are all tired from the long hours trip.

When we got the taxi, I also occupied the front seat while my friend and her family is at the back seat. I am able to enjoy and capture some high rise buildings in the city. The high rise buildings are most you see and only few trees can be seen. It is one of the disadvantages of the cities improvements.

When we reached our respective boarding houses, we were able to have a rest. Even though the trip is tiring, the important is we had a memorable stay at Alcoy. Going to the beach and the farm is a great experiences we had from our trip. ❤️
