Hi everyone. Welcome to my posts.
How are you today? Today I will introduce to you a temple with a history of hundreds of years in my hometown. Not only famous in the region but other locals also know the sacredness here. It is Truong Bat temple, the temple has a long history and possesses great beauty.
Geographical location
Truong Bat Temple is an ancient relic, built about 600 years ago, located on a green mountainous area, at a corner of Khe Giao junction - the meeting point of Provincial Road 3 and National Highway 15, in the village 1, Ngoc Son commune, Thach Ha district, Ha Tinh province. The temple is located at very convenient coordinates for traffic: from the center of Ha Tinh city to about 12 km, from Dong Loc junction to about 9 km.
History of the temple
The temple is the place to worship the Queen Mother of the Second High Thousand, also known as the Princess Loc Hoa, customarily known as the Goddess Loc Temple. Legend has it that Princess Loc Hoa's name is Pham Thi Thoa, a native of Do Gia district (now part of Vu Quang district, Ha Tinh province), who lived around the 15th century. She was a person with great merit in helping the Lam Son insurgent army drive out the Minh army to regain independence for the country.
The architecture
Along with the development of indigenous beliefs, the temple became a typical Dao Mother worshiping facility, called the Three Holy Mothers, including First Mother (Mother Thuong Thien), Second Mother (Lady Princess Thuong thousand). ), the Third Mother (Queen Thoi/Thuy). In addition, a temple is also a place of worship and worship of some local historical figures. Over a long period of time, due to the destruction of the climate, natural disasters, and wars, this monument was seriously degraded. Recently, with the permission of the local government, Thanh Cong Investment Joint Stock Company (Nghe An), Xuan Ha Co., Ltd (Ha Tinh) together with friends from near and far have contributed materials, construction materials, and equipment, strength to restore the temple on the old ruins.
In order to gain a foothold along with the increasingly revived festival in accordance with the traditional style of the nation, in addition to the active participation of the government, mass organizations, and local people. , must be the active supervision of Mr. Ngo Duc Can and the Directors of Development near and far. Currently, Mr. Can has been recognized by UNESCO as Chau Van Hau Dong artisan and has been approved by the authorities to allow him to burn incense at Truong Bat temple.
