Kathgodam : bottom of indian Himalayas

Hello namaste to all hive users who reach my post.how are you all i hope you all are healthy and enjoying your life with your loved ones.

Kathgodam is a small town situated in the foothills of the Himalayas. This is the last part of the Himalayas. Planes start from here.There is a lot of greenery in this area.I am fortunate that I live in such a place. Kathgodam is a famous place in North India. My house is in Haldwani, which is just a short distance from Kathgodam. We rarely go to this area because it is very cold here. And this place is always crowded with tourists because the Himalayas start from here.So all the tourists who come from outside make their first stay in Kathgodam only.Tourists go ahead only after staying here for a few days and getting used to the weather.I can say with my claim that whoever has visited Kathgodam in his life, this place is his favorite.
So let me tell you about my Kathgodam tour and also share some photographs with you.

When we enter Kathgodam, first of all this bridge is on the way.It is above a river whose name is Gola river.It connects two areas, that is Golapar and Haldwani.Coming here, one gets to see very beautiful views. Rivers, mountains, trees, plants and sometimes even wild animals can be seen.We were excited to see them, but there was also a fear.But we could not see anything because at that time the tourists were roaming around, so maybe the animals did not come.The time of their arrival would be early morning or at night. When no one comes here.
Many people had also gone down the river but we did not go because it was very cold and we had very little time to roam. Because nowadays the days have become short and it gets dark quickly. And there is a risk in roaming in the night because that time is only for the jungle animals.

The beautiful view of the Gola river that you are seeing. It is from here that the Gola river leaves the mountains and starts its journey towards the plains.And also got to see the view of sunset in front which was happening in a small mountain.The water in the river was little less, but this river remains in spate during the rainy season.We stopped for a while and enjoyed this amazing view and after sunset, we went ahead.
Going ahead, we saw some stair-shaped stones on the banks of the river, which the local people told that they have been here since ancient times.


Perhaps earlier people must have been sitting here worshiping and doing yoga meditation.

This bridge is built from such mountains. And this mountain is the last mountain through which the river Gola flows like a plain.And it is believed that by meditating on such a place, meditation is felt and knowledge is also attained.It is believed that the river distributes its knowledge of the mountains here.

We went ahead on this road and we also saw the Income Tax Office of Kathgodam.Where there was no one at that time and it must have been a holiday for the workers.

This is the circuit house of Kathgodam. If any minister comes here, arrangements are made for his stay here.It was looking very beautiful in appearance, but there was no entry for everyone here, so we could not go inside.Otherwise I would definitely make you guys take a tour inside it .

This is the army area where there is an army base camp. Here the army always stays and serves the people. Army's mission is to make Kathgodam neat and clean.We looked outside here a little and enjoyed nature because there was a lot of greenery and there were big trees as you can see.After roaming in this area, we came back to our house and felt very cold on the way because we had gone in a two wheeler. The cold started only after coming home.
