Taman Langit in English is Sky Park, but since this is the name of the place I will not translate it into Sky Park. I will still call it Taman Langit.
Pengalengan, West Java
Taman Langit is located in Pengalengan, West Java. This is one of popular place to watch the sunrise in Pengalengan. Everyone comes here to enjoy the natural phenomenon of the sunrise. If it is a national holiday, this place might be filled with people who have the same goal. However, because I came on a weekday, the only ones who saw the sunrise at that time were me and two of my friends.
Although both are in Pengalengan, Taman Langit is quite far from the Luxcamp glamping where we stayed. It's about 40 minutes to get that place by car. Because this was our first time, we had to ask several times to local residents who happened to be passing by in the morning. That's why we were late to see the sunrise.
Even though it was a bit late, we could still see the sunrise and enjoy it even though the wind was blowing harder.

The best spot to see the Sunrise is by climbing a wooden bridge that is made to resemble The Great Wall in China. I say it is similar because this wooden bridge is very long. from here you can reach the top of Taman Langit which has an Elevation of 1670 above sea level.

Look for the orange glow in the sky, a sign that the sun is about to rise. I won't talk anymore because you can judge itself how beautiful that sky with that orange glow.

As I mention on the last post that Pengalengan is dominated by tea plantations, Taman Langit is also surrounded by tea plantations. The bridge that I showed earlier is also above the tea plantation. However, I do not know whether these teas will be harvested to be made into tea products, because I heard that some teas in this tea plantation cannot be harvested or can be called crop failures due to the effects of global warming. Even so, this tea plantation is quite large and makes it look beautiful when viewed from a height.
The Peak of Taman Langit
When you are at the top, you will see many buildings that are tenants. This place will be crowded on weekends and is open to the public (of course, with an entrance fee), so at this peak there are many buildings that are used for tourists to do activities.

When at the top, the fog began to cover the entire area. It made the sky not look blue. Although in reality it was not as bad as the photos, still, the fog covered the sky and the sun.

Visiting a place that is still natural is a privilege for us who are always wallowing in rows of tall buildings filled with pollution. It's a kind of light therapy. It is said that nature can help heal our inner selves, I think that's true. No matter how busy we are, we have to go to a place that is still natural, and I like Pengalengan even though it makes me shiver with cold.
