Bandung, West Java is always special to me, especially for areas that have beautiful views like Cikole. If it's Bandung City, I think a thousand times to stop by, but if it's a natural place, I have no answer to refuse it. I'm even willing to go back to Cikole to enjoy the refreshing nature there. But this time I want to talk about another place in West Java that is no less beautiful.
That is Pengalengan. Just like Cikole, Pengalengan is a very large area and its naturalness is still preserved. There are many tea plantations and also other interesting places, such as glamping (glamorous camping) around it.
Yes, currently glamping in the middle of nature is indeed very popular. And this is my first glamping experience.
Let me show one of the best glamping in Pengalengan, West Java.
Namu Hejo - Riverside
Judging from this signboard, Namu Hejo was initiated by a Korean company (maybe) because it has elements of the Korean name. Namu is the Korean word for tree, while Hejo is Sundanese which means Green. So if translated as a whole, Namu Hejo is Green Tree. That is in line with the name written in hangeul, Korean script.

I don't know for sure the history of this Namu Hejo glamping, but if you look at this signboard, there are two possibilities as to why it was named Namu Hejo. The first possibility: Koreans really like this glamping. The second possibility is that the owner of this glamping is Korean and hopes that with this Korean name, it can attract local tourists who really like anything Korean.

Namu Hejo Glamping is located on the riverbank, that's why they include Riverside as a keyword. This riverbank is a flowing river (not too fast) that is used as a rafting field. I've tried rafting that passes through this river. It's really a river that doesn't have a strong current so when you follow Rafting, you will be safe. In addition, there are so many glamping on the riverside, making your rafting very enjoyable. You will be amazed at every glamping on this riverside.
Especially for Namu Hejo, as you can see from the photo above, it is very refreshing. You can sit in front of your glamping while watching people rafting past your glamping. Sometimes they will also greet you. Their screams and cheers are really funny. These are some of the glamping groups that passed by Namu Hejo.
This river area is very calming. Hearing the sound of its flow, I bet it can calm your soul too. I was lucky to have the opportunity to stop by Namu Hejo where the river flow is very fresh and calming.
