How much is a landrover like this? Is this very expensive? How expensive is this to maintain? Maybe living in a landrover is a much better idea than living on a sailboat. I have not thought about this so far.

This thing is beautiful and very well thought out. I think it would be great to stay in short term but might become problematic for full time living just due to lack of space. It can be done though. Here's someone that did a conversion of a small Ford Transit van and he's living in it full time -
