Today I visited an ancient mosque in North Aceh, located in Lhokseutuy village, this mosque has undergone several repairs but until now it has not been completed, to enter this mosque I have to be careful because the road is muddy and there is no fence and gate, from the main road you can see the building of this mosque is under repair

Hari ini saya mengunjungi mesjid kuno yang berada di aceh utara, lokasinya di desa lhokseutuy, mesjid ini sudah melakukan beberapa kali perbaikan namun sampai sekarang belum selesai, untuk memasuki mesjid ini saya harus berhati hati karena jalannya becek dan tidak ada pagar pembatas dan juga pintu gerbang, dari jalan induk kita sudah dapat melihat banguna mesjid ini sedang dalam perbaikan

Now I have entered the area of ​​this mosque which is about 5,000 square meters, first I will go to the kulah/water reservoir used for ablution, here there are two kulahs which are quite large and comfortable to use, I immediately performed ablution before entering the mosque, because in Islam the mosque is a holy place so it is obligatory to purify yourself from minor hadas before entering it

Sekarang saya sudah memasuki area mesjid ini yang luasnya sekitar 5,000 meter persegi, pertama tama saya akan menuju kulah/bak penampungan air yang di gunakan untuk berwudhuk, disinj ada dua kulahnya yang lumayan besar dan nyaman untuk di gunakan, saya segera berwudhuk sebelum memasuki mesjid, karena dalam islam mesjid adalah tempat suci jadi wajib hukumnya bersuci dari hadaskecil dahulu sebelum memasukinya

Ternyata mesjid ini telah mengalami banyak perubahan dan sudah di lakukan renovasi disini telah memakai tangga susun yang berbeda antara tangga samping dan tangga belakangnya, terlihat cantik dan rapi warna granit lantainya pun cocok

It has just rained here so it looks very wet and slippery, I will immediately enter through the side stairs, there are nine steps to get into this mosque, the building in the mosque follows the architectural concept of mosques in the Middle East, has a curved and decorated gate and stands a large pillar in the form of a square and on the side there are three pillars side by side, one in the form of a square and two in the form of a circle

Disini baru saja turun hujan sehingga terlihat sangat basah dan licin, saya akan segera masuk melalui tangga samping, ada sembilan anak tangga untuk menuju ke dalam mesjid ini, bangunan dalam mesjid mengikuti konsep arstektur mesjid di timur tengah, memiliki gerbang yang melengkung dan berhias serta berdiri tiang yang besar yang berbentuk petak serta di bagian samping terdapat tiga tiang yang berdampingan diantaranya satu berbentuk petak dan dua berbentuk bulat

The ceiling is not finished yet, it still uses a tent and above there will be a dome of a mosque, I saw workers building a dome up there

Bagian langit langit belum selesai masih menggunakan tenda dan di atas sana akan ada kubah dari sebuah mesjid saya melihat ada pekerja yang sedang membangun kubah diatas sana

The pulpit where the sermon is given is very good and I like the concept of a large gate and also the form of good calligraphy even though it is not completely finished

Bagian mimbar tempat khutbah sangat bagus dan saya menyukai konsepnya gerbang besar dan juga bentuk kaligrafi yang bagus walaupun belum sepenuhnya selesai

This mosque is visited by many pilgrims and travelers because this mosque is located at a crossroads and has been standing for a very long time but has been renovated a lot

Mesjid ini banyak di datangi para penziarah dan para musafir karena mesjid ini berada di simpang jalan dan berdiri sudah sangat lama namun sudah banyak dilakukan renovasi

Here there are still remnants of the past in the form of shelves where the Qur'an is placed which are already weathered and there is also an old piggy bank that was used to give alms for those who wanted to donate their wealth

Disini masih terdapat sisa peninggalan dulu yaituberupa rak tempat peletakan al-quran yang sudah lapuk dan juga terdapat celengan tua yang di pakai dulu untuk bersedekah bagi mereka yang ingin meng infakkan hartanya

Here I also found a very old Qur'an but when I opened it, it turned out that the inside was still very good and could still be read and there was also another Qur'an that was torn and detached from its cover still stored here, these objects remind me of when I was here before this mosque building was renovated

Disini saya juga mendapati al-quran yang sudah sangat tua namun saat saya membukanya ternyata di dalamnya masih sangat bagus dan masih bisa di baca dan ada juga al-quran yang lain yang sudah sobek dan terlepas dari sampulnya masih disimpan disini, benda benda ini mengingatkan saya saat kesini dahulu sebelum bangunan mesjid ini di renovasi
