It's exact five years since a funny but strange experience happened in the house I once lived with a friend of mine. Then I just graduated from school so I wasn't doing anything at that moment but my friend was working in a particular company where he goes to work in the morning and comes back at night.
I do tell him to help me secure a job at his place of work if any opportunity arises and he told me there is no problem that he would try his best to help me secure that. The house we both lived in is a two storey building with a lot of tenants living there. Though everyone living there is at peace because there isn't any issue until something terrible happened to us there.
Some robbers came to rob us around 2am which has never happened before. The robbers were so many because they stole from almost all the buildings that was in that street that night that no one even raise an alarm that something was happening. The robbers that stole from us that night didn't have a specific purpose of what they want to steal because they were just carrying anything they see.
My friend and I live upstairs so we didn't have any clue that something terrible was happening. One of the tenants who lived downstairs said they took away her pot of soup with only three pieces of meat remaining inside 🤣🤣 and also they took away the dog that was suppose to protect the house lol.
Though I heard something strange when the robbers were coming upstairs and what I heard was the robbers shouting "call your police we are waiting for them". So immediately I heard this I quickly put my friend's phone on top of our ceiling fan because there wasn't light at that moment so they won't expect anything to be there. I was using a small Nokia phone so I wasn't bothered losing it as a sacrifice.
Though I got injured from the beaten they gave me when I didn't give them any phone because I told them that is my friend's phone and I don't have any. They have no choice than to run away with that and some little cash that was with us that night. Our happiness that night was that no one was killed because these robbers were fully armed that night.
That very morning all the whole tenants were giving details of their things the robbers stole where some are believable and some others are things they added up lol. Despite that we were all still excited no one was injured seriously apart from me who got bruises in my head lol from Saving a friend's phone.
The following day was something I wouldn't predict or expect will happen that still get me surprise each time I remember it. There was no one in the building that day apart from me and then something unexpected happened. My friend went to work in the morning and then I noticed he forgot his phone at home but it was already late before I realize that so I kept it for him till he comes back from work.
Around 11am my friend called his phone with another number that he forgot his phone at home and pleaded I should bring his phone to his office that he needed it urgent. I had no choice than to go and give him his phone at work since am less busy and where we stay to where he works is just one hour journey.
When I gave him is phone and returned back home I noticed something strange from far that still got me confused. The house we live collapsed that I cant explain how because I just left the place not up to 2 hours ago and came back and meet a different scenario. I believe that's a miracle that is not explainable and everything that happened with the phone happened for a reason which is always my October to Remember.

It was really a good thing your friend call you to bring his phone to the office, you save your friends phone earlier and the phone save you too, I hope no tenants in the house was injured from the house collapse?

What if you didn't leave the house and probably gave it to someone to help deliver it to your friend?

Oh and hiding the phone on top of the ceiling fan was a very smart move. Nobody would have looked there.
