They say laughter is the best medicine. If only those people who died of the plague knew it instead of crying over their fate (Too soon?). Well, laughter isn't the best medicine, but this isn't Comedy M.D either, so it matters little to us. However, feel welcome to invite us to laugh at you while you have a deadly disease.

Let's Get Less Serious, Shall We?

Our COMedy COMmunity COMes back to life (Too heavy on the COM?) by learning the best way to survive: adaptability. We always had a motto at COM, if it works for cockroaches, it works for us. Unfortunately, it's also the reason our admins don't keep a can of Raid spray around and our houses are bug-infested.

Everything about COM felt a bit restricting to some extent, from rules to criteria. So, similar to a man who just got out of prison, it's time for us to be less anal.

What does this mean, exactly? Well, it means that COM is becoming like the U.S upon discovering a new country with oil, our criteria is about to expand.

The New COM

The new COMmunity promises to be more laid back with the aim of it being a fun community being a priority. We will no long strict our users to specific use of emojis or GIFs, although don't expect us not to mock you for it. GIFs and Emojis are the cancer of comedy posts and we stand behind that. Still, feel free to use it.

Also, topic wise, we would also love to hear more about your relationship with comedy, your favorite comedy films, comedians, T.V shows, anything that makes you laugh. You could review comedy films here. But remember it's all about COM with an O here, we don't want you all to start sharing facial compilations in our COMmunity. Although feel free to DM them to us.
