It's all good, you guys can do whatever you want with the vyb apart from sending it in liquid form, sending should be by powering the receivers account if sending is what you want to do. I hope this doesn't sound so some type of wayey, the rule is there because of the whitepaper, distribution by powering up. Those who receive can then decide if they want to power it down and do whatever they like.
