KICKMAN, LLC (a web comic)
by Matt S. Law (a web comic creator)
Chapter 29: Skuttlebutt, page 02
Whoever Red-Visor Guy is (and he is obviously NOT Matt), it looks like he is zeroing in on people that were at least closer to Supreme Leader. Here we have Hoodie Ghost making his first appearance. If he seems familiar, it's because Turbo Fist appeared in the comic wearing his Hoodie Ghost cosplay back in Chapter 10: The Pruning.
Captain Ukraine was in Mickey's Bar back in Chapter 24: Psyops. This is the first appearance of Whatever Man. That grayed out guy in panel 4 probably doesn't deserve a name. He's just a background extra. Which leaves the devil in the white leisure suit, appearing for the first time. I stole his wardrobe from the version of Lucifer in the movie Constantine. Does he need a proper villain name? Or maybe the villains can all start calling him "The Nameless?" That wouldn't be too confusing, right? Not as confusing as having two Kickmans. Curse that Joey the Leg.

Coming up with a superhero/villain name is almost as coming up with a band name.
Hmm, Band of Whatever....
