I think that it will be worked out - if not I will check again and see what can be done. I see that @cryptodrive is also tagged here below.

I wish that it is sorted out very quickly. This should not be happening.
Sometimes I create accounts on social media with my name, as a way to 'keep it for me', even if I never (or rarely) post.
