Засновник Твіттера Джек Дорсі дав невеличке інтерв'ю й поділився своїми поглядами щодо Біткоїна. На його думку, лишилося не так багато часу й цифрове золото з активу перетвориться на засіб платежу. На це може знадобиться не 10 років, трохи більше, але люди вже побачили цінність та свободу Біткоїна. Він припускає теоретичну можливість, коли BTC замінить нинішню глобальну валюту. І це цілком реальний сценарій, враховуючи значний попит на цифрове золото. І цей попит спостерігається вже не лише спекулянтами, а й звичайних людей. Хоча, звичайно, погоду формують великі фінансові компанії переважно із США.
Видання cointelegraph повідомляє, що понад половина найбільших хедж-фондів США інвестують в Біткоїн. Деякі, наприклад, Millennium Management інвестували 2.5% від загальної кількості активів в цифрове золото. Відповідна інформація не є надуманою, адже знаходиться у відкритому доступі.
