El Padre que Quiero Ser - Iniciativa [ENG - ESP]

Saludos amigos de Hive, hoy voy a compartir con ustedes mi experiencia como padre en la iniciativa promocionada por la comunidad de @motherhood, en donde no invita a reflexionar Qué tipo de padre te gustaría ser y qué tipo de padre eres realmente, es una forma de expresar cada una de esa vivencias con nuestros hijos.

Greetings friends of Hive, today I am going to share with you my experience as a parent in the initiative promoted by the @motherhood community, where we are invited to reflect on what kind of parent you would like to be and what kind of parent you really are, it is a way to express each of these experiences with our children.

En la actualidad tengo dos hijos, una hembra de 12 años y un varón de 9 años, hace catorce años me case, y luego mi esposa y yo planificamos nuestro primer hijo, después de dos años nace mi primera hija, esta fue una nueva experiencia que nos toco vivir para poder cuidar a mi hija, recuerdo que esa primera semana fue fuerte porque teníamos que alimentar a la bebé cada 2 horas. En algunos matrimonios cuando nacen los niños quien se encargaba del cuido de los niños era la madre, sin embargo en mi caso, me despertaba a ayudar a mi esposa, preparando en muchas ocasiones el tetero para mi hija, y si ella se trasnochaba igualmente yo me quedaba para apoyarla.

Currently I have two children, a 12 year old female and a 9 year old male, fourteen years ago I got married, and then my wife and I planned our first child, after two years my first daughter was born, this was a new experience that we had to live to take care of my daughter, I remember that that first week was strong because we had to feed the baby every 2 hours. In some marriages when the children were born the mother was in charge of taking care of the children, however in my case, I woke up to help my wife, preparing in many occasions the bottle for my daughter, and if she stayed up late, I stayed up to support her.

Considero que es importante ayudar a mi esposa, porque cuando decidimos formar una familia, es como un equipo, donde cada uno aporta un granito de arena para poder criar y cuidar bien a nuestros hijos. Después a los tres años nació mi segundo hijo, ya teníamos mi esposa y yo una gran experiencia en el cuidado de un bebé, se no hizo mucho más fácil para la atención.

I think it is important to help my wife, because when we decided to form a family, it is like a team, where each one contributes a grain of sand to be able to raise and take good care of our children. After three years my second son was born, my wife and I already had a great experience in taking care of a baby, it became much easier to care for him.

Cabe destacar que soy un padre que amo mucho a mis hijos, les brindo mucho amor, respeto y apoyo en las diferentes actividades que realizan dentro y fuera del hogar, considero que los padre debe de estar siempre junto a sus hijos para darle amor y inculcar los valores para que sean buenos ciudadanos. Las vivencia que he experimentado con mis hijos son únicas, no sé como hay padres que abandonan a sus hijos y no tienen que ver nada con ellos, es importante la figura del padre para que ellos se sientan bien y no tengan ningún tipo de traumas en su infancia.

It should be noted that I am a father who loves my children very much, I give them a lot of love, respect and support in the different activities they do inside and outside the home, I believe that parents should always be with their children to give them love and instill values to be good citizens. The experiences I have had with my children are unique, I don't know how there are fathers who abandon their children and have nothing to do with them, the father figure is important for them to feel good and not have any kind of trauma in their childhood.

Una de esas vivencia que recuerdo cuando mi hija tenía pocos meses de nacida y como tenía problemas de reflujo, su tetero lo tomaba con un tetero especial que se llamaba Doctor Brown, resulta que la abuela había colocado el tetero en una olla de agua para hervirlo, se le olvido y el tetero se quemó, entonces la bebé no le gustaba tomar en otro tetero. Salí muy temprano a otra ciudad a comprar el tetero y de regreso llegue exactamente a la hora que le correspondía tomar ese tetero.

One of those experiences I remember when my daughter was a few months old and as she had reflux problems, she drank her bottle with a special bottle called Doctor Brown, it turns out that the grandmother had placed the bottle in a pot of water to boil it, she forgot and the bottle burned, then the baby did not like to drink from another bottle. I left very early to another city to buy the bottle and when I returned I arrived exactly at the time she was supposed to drink from the bottle.

Los padres debemos luchar por nuestros hijos, con mucho amor, para que a ellos tengan lo necesarios, sobre todo cuenten con su presencia en el hogar, dándole mucho cariño y amor, para ellos cuando sean adultos también sean buenos padres, y de esta forma sean un ejemplo para que conformen su familia con muchos valores.

We parents must fight for our children, with much love, so that they have what they need, especially count on your presence at home, giving them much affection and love, so that when they are adults they will also be good parents, and in this way be an example for them to form their family with many values.

Para finalizar, me considero un buen padre, sin embargo me gustaría ser mucho más cariñoso con mi hija porque a pesar de que es muy alta, tiene sólo 12 años, y todavía está pequeña, es una niña todavía, para que ella se sienta bien conmigo y no tenga ningún tipo de celos con su hermano, porque a veces se ponen ambos celosos, e incluso con su madre.

To conclude, I consider myself a good father, however I would like to be much more affectionate with my daughter because even though she is very tall, she is only 12 years old, and she is still small, she is still a child, so that she feels good with me and does not have any jealousy with her brother, because sometimes they both get jealous, and even with her mother.
