Una de las cosas que como madre siempre me ha gustado, es mostrarle a mis hijos qué hago, cómo y dónde, para que sepan en que empleo mi tiempo, en que consiste una jornada laboral y con esto vayan entendiendo que trabajar es parte de la vida, pero sobretodo hacer algo que nos gusta.

Les cuento que después de casi 3 años sin tener un empleo fuera de casa, desde el 17 de octubre comencé en un nuevo empleo y a pesar de que apenas tengo 2 semanas ahí, me encuentro feliz pues el lugar me gusta, las personas con las que paso mis horas de trabajo son bien agradables, bueno hasta ahora jajajaja y espero que así sea.
Quizás tenga que ver con que a varias de mis compañeros actuales ya los conocía desde antes y las otras se han mostrado bien solidarias, pasamos el día una parte de trabajo y otra entre conversa que siempre resultan bien agradables pues así poco a poco nos vamos conociendo más.
También parte de la alegría puede ser porque en los días que entre a este departamento, estaban empezando a adornar las oficinas con la llegada de la navidad, época del año que disfruto muchísimo y pues me anime ayudar con la decoración.
Quiero que sepan que hoy en día valoro mas el poder trabajar fuera de mi casa y de verdad el trabajo que me toco es muy gratificante y hoy entiendo a mi hermana @liveofdalla quien es médico y escogió para su especialización la Geriatría.

Part of the joy may also be because in the days that I entered this department, they were beginning to decorate the office with the arrival of Christmas, a time of year that I enjoy very much and therefore I am encouraged to help with the decoration.
I want you to know that today I value more being able to work outside my home and really the work that I have is very rewarding and today I understand my sister @liveofdalla who is a doctor and chose Geriatrics for her specialization.
Mi trabajo consiste en atender y llevar el reporte de una cantidad de personas (actualmente jubilados) los cuales en su mayoría son de avanzada edad, el más joven tiene 74 años y llegan hasta los 95 años. Muchos pueden ir hasta la oficina hacer diferentes tramites, así como muchos ya encamados y debemos visitarlos.
Trabajo directamente con una Dra. especialista en medicina ocupacional y juntas nos encargamos tanto de atender a cada adulto mayor quien asiste al consultorio para ser tratado y revisado por la Dra. como también llevar el control de documentación por la compra de medicamentos para procesar luego su respectivo reembolso.
La Dra. con la que trabajo es una persona maravillosa, espero pueda estar conmigo el tiempo que yo permanezca ahí porque sé que por el sueldo y lo distante que queda su vivienda no es fácil poder cumplir con su jornada laboral. Hasta ahora nos hemos llevado bien, cumpliendo con el trabajo que dejaron las otras dos personas, quienes en los actuales momentos se encuentran de vacaciones y a espera de su jubilación.
Por otro lado, les cuento un poco como han transcurridos mis días y como nos ha afectado a todos en casa la rutina diaria. Afortunadamente mi trabajo queda muy cerca de la casa de mi suegra. Salimos muy tempranito en la mañana todos rumbo cada uno a sus respectivas ocupaciones. Dejamos a los niños en el colegio, luego mi esposo y yo nos vamos a casa de mi suegra, ahí desayuno lo que traigo de la casa, pues prefiero comer más tranquila después de dejar a los niños en la escuela.
Me alisto y ya a alrededor de las 8:00am salgo de casa de mi suegra directo al trabajo que me queda cruzando la calle a solo 3 minutos caminando. La entrada del trabajo es de 8:00 a 8:30, por lo general llego antes de las 8:05am muy relajada, les quiero contar que ahorita disfruto incluso el caminar hasta llegar a mi trabajo, voy saludando a todos en la calle y dando los buenos días, eso me agrada.

Es que siento que necesitaba con urgencia el poder tener otras responsabilidades que no fueran el quehacer del hogar. Realmente compartir con otras personas y saber que tus situaciones muchas veces la viven los demás, me reconforta, pues todos pasamos las mismas situaciones económicas, de transporte, familiares y salariales, en fin, vivimos en el mismo país caótico, pero cada experiencia me hace entender que las mías son diminutas cuando veo que tengo niños sanos, un esposo el cual me ayudado a emprender por este nuevo camino y salud para poder experimentar cosas nuevas.
Enseguida que piso la puerta de la institución, se respira otro ambiente lleno de navidad y el olor a café que no puede faltar. Llego a la oficina es la hora del primer café del día junto a mis compañeras, es otra cosa que me encanta, luego de un rato hablando y drenando, me dispongo junto con la Dra. a organizar los pendientes del día y mientras llega algún adulto o empleado de los diferentes entes que ahí laboran, nos vamos poniendo al día en cuanto al manejo del departamento, porque como las otras personas están de vacaciones, no tuvimos un adiestramiento previo, sin embargo entre todas las muchachas de la oficina y una supervisora que nos visito la primera semana de trabajo, nos orientaron con lo más básico para que pudiéramos arrancar y hasta los momentos lo hemos hecho muy bien.
Mientras tanto mis hijos en su colegio, mi esposo está en sus diferentes actividades diarias y el junto con el hermano mayor de mis hijos son los encargados de retirar a los niños en el colegio, pues Gabriela sale a las 11:45am y Santiago a las 12:45pm. Entonces en eso se apoyan los dos.
Luego de que los niños llegan del colegio proceden a cambiarse de ropa y prepararse para las diferentes actividades que tenga en las tardes, yo llego de trabajar entre la 1:30pm y 1:45pm, mientras almuerzo ayudo a Gabriela con algunas de las tareas que tenga pendiente, pues le envían hasta 3 actividades para la casa, más en las tareas dirigidas practica la tabla, hace caligrafías y lectura, todos los días. Entonces en casa de la abuela adelanta un poco, es la manera de no saturarla tanto.
Por otro lado, para que tengan una idea de lo ajetreado de nuestros días, la rutina de actividades de los niños es la siguiente: Gabriela asiste martes y jueves de 3:00pm a 4:00pm a Ballet y de lunes a jueves asiste a tareas dirigidas de 3:00pm a 5:00pm, los días que tiene Ballet la maestra de tareas dirigidas la recibe a las 4:10pm hasta las 5:30pm.

Mientras que Santiago, asiste todos los días a practicas de beisbol en diferentes horarios lunes de 3:30pm a 5:30pm, martes de 4:00pm a 6:00pm, miércoles de 3:00pm a 5:00pm, jueves de 2:30pm a 4:30pm y viernes de 2:00pm a 4:00. Si me preguntan hasta ahora los días más fuertes son los días lunes y martes pues regresamos a la casa sobre las 6.00pm cansados para dejar todo listo y volver a salir al otro día y el mejor día es el viernes que ya a las 4:30pm estamos en nuestro hogar dulce hogar.
Mientras los niños van a sus actividades algunos días yo me siento en las gradas del estadio donde Santiago asiste a sus prácticas y me dispongo a escribir para mis publicaciones, leo y comento algunos posts, ese es mi momento de paz y se lo dedico a Hive, aunque sea 1 hora.
Algunas veces aprovechamos ese tiempo y compramos lo que nos haga falta para la casa y así en cuanto los niños salen de sus actividades irnos directo a la casita a descansar, que es mentira que al menos yo descanso, pues ahí viene el momento de la cena, andar como loca preparando todos los bolsos paras dejar todo listo para el otra día y eso sin contar las veces que me toca meter ropa a la lavadora pues mi hijo por ahora solo tiene una muda para las prácticas de beisbol y 3 camisas del colegio así que toca lavar pues.
Como se podrán imaginar a las 9:00pm estoy muerta pero también muchas noches que no me llega el sueño me siento en la computadora y le dedico algo de tiempo a Hive, hasta estos momentos hemos podido organizarnos así y nos ha ido bien.

¿Porque el motivo de tanto refuerzo académicos con mis hijos? Pues porque definitivamente yo no tengo vocación para enseñar en materia escolar, además conmigo los niños hacen lo que quieren con el tiempo y entonces muchas veces se nos hacen las 9:00pm, haciendo tareas. Esta institución donde mis hijos estudian es muy exigente y mandan demasiadas tareas para el hogar, entonces es refuerzo o llegar a casa en la noche hacer tareas y no puedo con eso, seria demasiado agotador para mí y mis hijos.
Pero sé que a pesar de toda la ayuda, mis hijos se han visto afectados pues pasaron de la nada a estar casi todo el día en la calle y por supuesto extrañan la casa y las comodidades, cuando llegan a casa están felices.
Por eso como una de las cosas que me habían estado pidiendo era que querían ir a mi nuevo trabajo, ellos sienten curiosidad de ver cómo es eso ahí, pues me oyen hablando y contando cada cosa que nos pasa y sienten deseos de conocer ese lugar tan agradable.
Además, amigos les cuento que en ese lugar tenemos a 2 bellos monitos que se llaman Mia y Leo, pues ellos lo querían conocer.Mia y Leo son 2 monitos que tenían en una casa amarrados y luego de una denuncia a Imparques y el Minec, ente para el cual trabajo, procedieron practicar una visita en el sitio y así buscaron a los monitos y lo tienen bajo resguardo en las instalaciones de Impaques.
Entonces como los niños los miércoles salen de clases a las 11:45am y las actividades extras son a las 3:00pm, entonces les dije que podían ir a mi trabajo un rato y así conocían las instalaciones, así como un poco de mi trabajo, a mis compañeros y por supuesto a los monitos. Estaban felices contando los días para que llegara el miércoles.

Me imagino la alegría de mis hijos cuando llego el día miércoles, Ir al trabajo con mamá o con papá es una experiencia que suele quedar en el recuerdo de los niños. Les cuento también que en este lugar trabajo mi papá hace más de 30 años y recuerdo que el nos llevaba a mi hermana mayor y a mi a recorrer sus instalaciones siempre que podía, pues existían viveros de muchas plantas y algunos animales, incluyendo varios monos.
Por eso el que yo pueda estar hoy en día trabajando en este lugar es maravilloso y me tare muchos recuerdos, por otro lado, y en base a mi experiencia creo que es importante que los hijos conozcan el lugar de trabajo de sus padres, es bueno que ellos sepan que tareas están haciendo, con qué compañeros, esto nos permitirá que ellos comprendan mejor nuestras vivencias de la oficina.
Además del trabajo de mi padre el cual al tiempo renuncio, mi papá luego monto en nuestra casa un vivero y cultivaba plantas de todo tipo tanto ornamentales como frutales, también hacia mantenimiento de jardines en casa donde contrataban sus servicios.
Mis hermanos y yo crecimos rodeados de plantas, pues creo que de ahí viene mi gusto por ellas, en mi casa tengo un hermoso jardín que cuido como mi vida y un terreno inmenso atrás de mi casa, el cual lamento no poder sembrarlo pues carecemos de agua para poder regarlo y ya hemos tenido que ver morir plantas por falta del vital líquido.
Por otro lado, mi mamá trabajo muchos años en un banco específicamente 19 años y recuerdo que ella nos llevaba de visita a ese lugar y casi siempre íbamos a buscarla a su trabajo, mi papà, mis hermanos y yo. Mientras ella terminaba sus pendientes el vigilante nos dejaban entrar a compartir con mamá de lo que hacía, para mí era reamente maravilloso poder estar ahí acompañándola en su trabajo.

Mis hijos estuvieron felices atentos a todo el alrededor del trabajo y se marcharon ansiosos para el volver el próximo día miércoles si Dios quiere. Espero que para esa oportunidad pueda estar el Sr. que está encargado del vivero y le pueda mostrar el procedimiento para la siembra de plantas, ya que ahí preparan la tierra, para acondicionarla muy bien con nutrientes y enseguida proceder a sembrar diferentes plantas que luego de algún tiempo serán trasplantadas en calles, avenidas y hasta en las escuelas de nuestra bella Isla de Margarita.
Amigos, espero les haya gustado este paseo y la forma como logramos adaptarnos a la nueva rutina, pero agradecida siempre con Dios el poder hacer lo que nos gusta. Como siempre gracias por apoyarme en las historias de mi vida familiar.

Yo tengo muy buenos recuerdos de esa época en donde iba a ver el trabajo de papá y mamá, eso me encantaba era muy interesante, por eso los quise traer al trabajo además de que ellos estaban bien contentos contando los días. Felicitaciones por su nuevo empleo y que se lleve bien con la otra persona que trabaja, al ser pocos es mejor tener una buena relación. ¿Es un organismo de la gobernación? Las oficinas publicas con mucho personal es un foco de toxicidad jajaja Excelente la visita de sus hijos al lugar donde trabaja y por lo visto ya todo esta adornado de navidad. Creo que en muchas partes ya comenzó la navidad 😅
Gracias amigo @jcrodriguez por tus buenos deseos, realmente me considero una persona que se sobrevivir en ambientes difíciles y hoy en día lo he podido comprobar. Trabajo desde que tengo 22 años y no ha sido fácil pero me ha gustado siempre lo que hago, solo que en mi último empleo fue algo sumamente horrible, no se cómo aguante tanto pero quizás fue la comodidad, como siempre salir de la zona de confort muchas veces nos cuesta.
Mi trabajo ahorita es en la oficina de recursos humanos de lo que antes era el Ministerio de Ambiente, en la actualidad Ministerio para el Ecosocialismo. Hay muchos empleados en otras oficinas, pero mi trabajo es directamente con una Dra. No tenemos más empleados en el ente que manejamos, solo que compartimos la oficina con otras personas.
Me gusta mucho el lugar todo lo que sea naturaleza y aportar mi granito de arena en pro del planeta tierra me agrada, además mi papá trabajo aquí hace muchos años y siempre venía, me gustaba el lugar, hoy en día cómo todo no es ni la sombra de lo era en esos tiempo.
Mis hijos estuvieron felices con la visita y prometí traerlos siempre es parte también de que vean y se familiaricen con mi trabajo.
La navidad no me hable de eso que ahora vinieron y quieren navidad en la casa pero ya jajajaja. En los colegios y en muchos otros lugares ya están adornados de navidad, parece que se adelantó un poco pero es la época más bella y la disfrutamos mucho en casa.

Viste que los tiempos de Dios son prefectos y te quitó otras cosas del medio porque no eran para ti, esa otra opción no me gustaba para nada, pero cuando mamá me dijo de este, este si me pareció porque sé que es mucho mas tranquilo y comodo para ti.
De repente me acordé de esos animales ¿será que mi papá me llevó a mi también a verlos alguna vez? No me acordaba pero lo describiste y como que me vinieron unas imágenes a la cabeza, que bonito los monitos, sin embargo siento que deberían soltarlos 🥺 ¿los van a dejar ahí siempre?
Yo entiendo que lo de las actividades se puede ver pesado, pero también entiendo que no a todo el mundo se le da eso de enseñar, además vienes de un tiempo de agotamiento excesivo por la pandemia, yo creo que haría lo mismo si tuviera hijos, no sirvo para enseñar tristemente 😓😓.
Te quedó bonito el post @floreudys79 y ¿viste como Dios te puso esa Dra para que aprendas algo de geriatría y en el futuro montemos el geriátrico? Date cuenta son aprendizajes de la vida para el futuro Dios Mediante 🙏🏼.
Siii @liveofdalla ese trabajo es perfecto, no se o quizás extrañaba tanto trabajar fuera de casa y estas personas me han tratado muy bien ósea me siento bien ahí, espero dure el tiempo que necesite para poder optar por mi jubilación jajaja. No sé si tu llegaste a ir llani yo no le he preguntado a mi papá cuando fue exactamente que trabajo ahí, pero yo calculo que tienen como tu edad y sino tu estabas bien pequeña y Pedro Luis no existía, recuerdo ir era con Lusduvi, a nosotras nos encantaba ese lugar, las plantas los animales todo ahí y ahora me trae muchos recuerdos. Mira a Mia y Leo se los vana a llevar a Caracas me imagino al parque del Este, donde podrán estar en contacto con otros monitos.
Las actividades llani te lo juro Dios permita que Hive me siga ayudando porque gracias a mis ingresos en la plataforma puedo pagar todo eso, porque ya sabes que Luis no ve eso como prioridad, pero tampoco se dedica ayudar a los niños y yo no pudo tú sebes eso no se me da.
Lo de la Dra. no creas lo he pensado por algo Dios nos puso juntas yo le he hablado de las ganas que tenemos de montar ese Geriátrico que espero ya está jubilada para ese tiempo y podamos hacer realidad ese sueño, yo sé que algún día podremos, por ahora estoy en contacto con muchos adultos para aprender de su tarto y cuidados. Viste como he mejorado mis posts desde que estoy en ese nuevo empleo, además de que me agrada saco tiempo para dedicarle a Hive, ósea que mas puedo pedir.
