This is invaluable! I am certain many parents do not know about the PCS for windows. I did not know, until reading this post.
Though my kids are still very young, I have been looking at getting a tablet for my 3-year-old but the thought of how to control its usage has been hindering me. I will dive a bit further into these PCS and see what I can come up with.
