Hola mi querida comunidad de mamis, hoy quiero hablar de una etapa muy difícil como papá la adolescencia.
Pantalla, audífonos, mundo virtual… A veces siento que el teléfono se ha convertido en una extensión de mi hija. Horas y horas absorta en su mundo digital. A veces me encuentro observando a mi hija, absorta en su mundo digital, y me pregunto dónde quedó esa niña que jugaba a mi lado.

Pero hoy… hoy todo cambió por un instante. 'Mamá, ¿me ayudas con matemáticas?'. Esa simple pregunta iluminó mi día. Verla sentada a mi lado, concentrada en los números, buscando mi guía, me recordó que detrás de esa adolescente conectada hay una niña que aún necesita de mí. Y esos momentos, aunque pequeños, valen oro.

Intenté con todas mis fuerzas ayudarla con las ecuaciones, ¡pero casi me hace sudar la gota gorda! Sus preguntas eran de lo más variadas y hasta se inventaba ejercicios imposibles. Al final, tuve que rendirme con una sonrisa y decirle: 'Mamá no se acuerda de todo, ¡busquemos ayuda en internet!

Tuve que tener una conversación sería le dije Hijo/a, quiero que sepas que te amo mucho y que siempre voy a hacer mi mejor esfuerzo. I tried with all my might to help her with the equations, but it almost made me sweat! Her questions were very varied and she even made up impossible exercises. In the end, I had to give in with a smile and say, 'Mom doesn't remember everything, let's look for help on the internet!'

I had to have a serious conversation. I said, 'Son, I want you to know that I love you very much and that I will always do my best. But I also want you to know that I am not perfect and that I sometimes make mistakes. The important thing is that we learn together, that we support each other and that we can always talk honestly
