Wow, those things are huge! They also look as if they'd taste delicious! I never knew what the process was in order to grow mushrooms and am surprised that its not as involved as I'd imagined. I wonder if you can choose which varities to grow? Keep growing! :)

You can choose the varieties... There's lots of different sorts of oyster mushrooms and I think lions mane is side fruiting and can be grown this way too.
