Absolutely incredible shots. I wish I had the confidence to pick wild edible mushrooms like that. Then again, we are here in Suriname, not out native land, so I'm not as well-educated on the natural history and species here. For now we have a semi-steady supply of oyster mushrooms from an Asian market.

Oyster mushrooms can now also be found here in winter. However, I do not collect them. As a photo motive I appreciate the mushroom very much.
