Warm memories of summer forest... (#fungifriday)

Hi friends! Many days of rain have locked me in the house, although sometimes in the breaks I go outside for a short time. I haven't been in the forest for a long time, and viewing summer photos brought back pleasant memories. It seems time to share these memories with you! Summer always goes by quickly. Perhaps there will be warming and mushrooms too! I still dream of going to the mountains, because more mushrooms grow there!!!
And in my native forest, I just like to walk:) The best recipe for existence on this planet for me is to take a walk in the forest once a week! Sometimes these walks end already in complete darkness.

Привіт, друзі! Багатоденний дощ зачинив мене в хаті, хоча іноді в перервах я виходжу ненадовго на вулицю. Давно не була у лісі і перегляд літніх фото навіяв мені приємні спогади. Здається, час поділитися цими спогадами з вами! Літо завжди проминає швидко. Можливо, ще буде потепління, а з ним і гриби! Я мрію ще потрапити в гори, адже там росте більше грибів!!!
А у рідному лісі я люблю просто гуляти:) Найкращий рецепт існування на цій планеті для мене — це один раз на тиждень здійснювати прогулянку в ліс! Так як я сова, то часом ці прогулянки завершуються вже у повній темряві, як наприклад ось цей похід по гриби...

It was the end of August, the time of white boletus and birch boletus. I found a lot of them.
I returned home in deep twilight, but with a positive mood.

See what I'm doing with russulas or birch boletus. I first soak their caps in salt water to better wash off the debris, then wash them in running water and fry them on both sides for a few minutes. At the end, I pour it with sour cream and you can rub a little cheese. This is the simplest mushroom recipe. What I like most is that they don't need to be boiled. I really like to cook food in 15 minutes:)

Це був кінець серпня, час підберезників і боровиків. Тоді я вийшовши з дому вже під вечір знайшла чимало молодих "бабок" (так у нас звуть підберезники, весела назва:)))
Додому поверталась у глибоких сутінках, але з позитивним настроєм. Дивіться що я роблю з сироїжками або підберезниками. Я спочатку замочую їх у соленій воді, щоб краще відмити сміття, згодом мию у проточній волі і обсмажую з двох сторін по кілька хвилин. Наприкінці заливаю це сметанкою і по можливості можна потерти трохи сиру. Це найпростіший і найсмачніший рецепт грибів. Найбільш мені подобається, що їх не потрібно варити. Дуже люблю готувати їжу за 15 хвилин:)

And now I will tell you about another walk, which turned out to be a little funny... I decided to explore some new area in the forest, because I always walk the same paths.
In my old spots, I again found some porcini mushrooms and birch boletus.

А тепер розповім про іншу прогулянку, яка виявилася трохи кумедною... Я вирішила дослідити якусь нову ділянку в лісі, адже постійно ходжу однаковими стежками. У моїх точках я знову знайшла кілька білих грибів та підберезників. А тоді вирішила обійти піщаний кар'єр не справа як зазвичай, а зліва. Цей кар'єр вже не діючий років з 10... Колишні дороги та стежки заросли, люди у лісовому хуторі вже не живуть, тому не дивно що я залізла у хащі! Там була маленька стежка яка іноді губилася...
Навколо там ростуть молоденькі берези та осики, які виросли на місці вирубки. Із грибів були лише неїстівні, це здається свинуха.

And then I decided to go around the sand quarry not on the right as usual, but on the left. This quarry has not been active for 10 years... Former roads and paths are overgrown, so it is not surprising that I climbed into the thicket! There was a small path that sometimes got lost...
There are young birches and aspens, which grew at the site of the felling. There were only inedible mushrooms.

In search of adventures mushrooms!

Someone of the Polyporaceae family.

Paxillus involutus (?) is inedible mushroom. Its poison gradually accumulates in the body and is not excreted!!!

I eventually got to the "normal" beech forest (yay!), but then ended up in the "green jungle". That's what I called the place where there was a lot of grass and some young trees. This is probably the bottom of another, older quarry, which I do not remember! It was unusual, such greenery, as if spring had just begun...
But it was very difficult to walk there because of the constant hills and tall grass. Finally, I went to familiar places where I could rest... Since it started to rain and I was tired, it was time to go home...
I didn't find mushrooms, but I didn't get lost either:)

Я врешті вийшла до "нормального" букового лісу, та згодом опинилася у зелених джунглях. Так я назвала місце, де росло дуже багато трави і якісь молоді дерева. Це мабуть дно іншого, старішого кар'єру, якого я не пам'ятаю! Це було незвично, така зелень, ніби лише почалася весна...
Та ходити там було дуже важко через постійні пагорби і високу траву. Нарешті я вийшла до знайомих місць, де можна відпочити... Оскільки починав крапати дощ і я була сильно втомлена, то більше досліджувати ліс не хотілось... Грибів я не знайшла, але і не заблукала:) Ось така історія.
