Regarding "UGO"
Looks like a young "huba" (in polish) or "Fomes fomentarius" (in botanical latin).
See i.e. https://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hubiak_pospolity - though on the photos the specimen is older and have grown much larger. At least in my country it is a common fungus growing on trees.

Up to now, I had no idea how it is called in english, but this site suggests "Fomes fomentarius (commonly known as the tinder fungus, false tinder fungus, hoof fungus, tinder conk, tinder polypore or ice man fungus)" https://www.inaturalist.org/taxa/127510-Fomes-fomentarius

Fomes fomentarius is a very well-spread mushroom in our country.
