RE: Let sleeping dogs lie

I think that we can alter our life by changing our thoughts. I think of our mind as being an infinite reservoir of resources. We often search for answers and solutions outside when in fact the problem and the solution is always within. To sit with an unexploited gold mine on the top of our shoulders and search for gold elsewhere is one of the biggest flaws we all do. This tiny mass of brain cells stores everything we call life. And we are more than our body. We are our mind. Somehow this goes beyond time.

I agree. We tend to look outside for experiences while we don't seem to spend time understanding how we experience those things. We become consumers who only value the new, disposing of anything and everything else. The value of values has been lost.

The way we perceive value is important, I think this is the place where a lot of people struggle with: understanding value
