Gaining 1kg weight in a day…

As much as this challenge is a jaw-dropping one it can be achieved. In as much, you’re ready to munch at least 10,000 calories of every meal you can lay your hands on,
The numbers are scary right it was to me too when I first discovered but of course choosing the right calories is important as some calories can be unhealthy to the human body physically and mentally.

Going to the gym made me understand my body especially the limit my body could go and how much I can push it to do more also there are a lot of risks involved in trying to gain or lose weight through going to the gym which Includes injuries, hygiene, overtraining. I tried to avoid lifting heavy weights and I used the proper way of lifting to avoid injuries.

Back to our scary numbers. I was curious about what I weighed so I decided to check trust me I weigh less than you think which was 59kg I never expected more though because I’m a slim person since then I have focused more on taking extra protein so I could get calories from them so I started with eating At least 5 eggs daily this part was so hard because eating too much could make me go to the toilet frequently but I didn’t think about the bad side instead I think about what I want to gain from it adding fruit to my diet became a part me and I never miss any of my meals.

Going to the gym I decided to check my weight first and I discovered that I’d added an extra kg making it 60kg well I wasn’t impressed but unknowingly to me I consumed 10,000 within a week, of course, I did not know that until I searched on how many calories a kg is then I was wowed and I also discovered that gaining a kg per day is possible. This is a tough challenge but I’ve decided to take on that challenge and how I will achieve it.

First I’ll need to go look for money because munching 10,000 calories per day would cost at least 10-15,000 now multiplying that by 7 that’s 70,000-80,000 in Nigerian currency well I don’t have it but I’ve decided to earn in any way possible.

Secondly, I’ll be dedicated to it.
Taking that many calories can be so tiring and exhausting but it won’t be for me because while taking them I’ll be converting them which in return will have energy
And lastly, I’ll maintain it, after getting my desired amount of weight which is about 65-75kg I’ll try not to joke with my diet by not taking something that will harm me also my nutrition will be very important.

Yeah, that’s the objective for the week hopefully I can achieve it, stay tuned to get updated on the progress. Mind you train your body to withstand stress and always exercise it and don’t forget to drink enough water while doing that
