Helloooo movie lovers! From now on I decided to post a movie review every Monday because Mondays are boring for people and maybe recommending a movie to watch on that day will make them feel good. Today I will share with you a movie called “I Came By”.

The movie was released in 2022 and is currently available on Netflix. It is a thriller and has a little bit of action. At 110 minutes, I think it falls into the category of a long movie.

It will contain spoilers from here on, but don't worry, even if you read it, it will still be enjoyable for you to watch the movie. Two buddies go to different parts of the city to show their rebellion against the system, draw “I Came By” graffiti on the wall and leave. Sometimes this goes too far and they even break into people's houses. This is the part that stuck with me the most while watching the movie, how good an idea is it to somehow break into someone's house and paint on the wall of someone you don't even know in order to stand up to the system? And the person you're doing it to might not be as bad as you think, or if you get caught, very bad things can happen to you. So just write what you want to write on the outside wall and just disappear.

One of the two guys sets his next goal, but the other one decides not to do it because he's going to have a baby and he doesn't want to get into any more trouble. It makes sense, you can't do graffiti until you die and if you get caught, your child might grow up without a father. But the other friend is strangely overreacting to this and getting angry. He goes alone to the target's house and just as he's about to paint, he realizes that something strange is going on in the house. As he inspects the house he realizes that the guy is holding someone in a secret room in the basement and he wants to help him. Things don't go as expected here and things get weird because this guy is not just anyone and now he himself is being held captive while trying to rescue the captive man.

Somehow her mother realizes that she has been kidnapped by this man and informs the police, but the superintendent is a friend of this man and their efforts are not enough. This time the woman herself starts to follow the house to save her son and somehow breaks into the house but in vain, this time the woman is caught and held captive in the man's house while trying to save her son. Meanwhile, our other friend is separated from his wife because he can't keep the peace in the family. He goes to his friend's mom's house and when he doesn't see anyone there, he comes up with a plan. He has to break into that man's house and rescue his friend and his friend's mother, but at the same time he has to be very careful. Because he is a father and if something happens to him, he may never see his child again. Do you think he will succeed in his plan? Is his friend still alive? What is the secret of that old man? All this is a big mystery. You have to watch the movie to find out!

The most important lesson from this movie is that it's good to stand against the system, but if you really don't have the power to do that, it's better to do nothing because if you don't realize what you're getting into, your struggle will turn into nothing and you will become nothing. Because the people against you can wipe you and your family off the face of the earth and leave no trace. In the movie, this almost happened.

The acting in the movie was not bad at all, even though they were not very well known actors, I think they did a good job. Especially being able to play the role of a psychopath successfully is the biggest achievement for me and actor Hugh Bonneville did a tremendous job in this regard. If I have to rate the movie, I will give it 6 out of 10. Not a bad movie but not a masterpiece either. If you have time, you want to watch a thriller and you don't have anything in mind, then you can choose this movie.

İki kafadar sisteme baş kaldırdıklarını göstermek için şehrin farklı yerlerine gidip duvara "I Came By" grafitisi çiziyor ve oradan ayrılıyorlar. Bu iş bazen fazla ileri gidiyor ve insanların evine bile giriyorlar. Filmi izlerken en çok bu kısma takıldım, sisteme karşı çıkmak için hiç tanımadığınız birinin evine bir şekilde girip onun duvarını boyamak ne kadar iyi bir fikir? Üstelik bunu yaptığınız kişi gerçekten sizin sandığınız kadar kötü biri olmayabilir ya da yakalanırsanız başınıza çok kötü şeyler gelebilir. Bu yüzden dış duvara ne yazacaksınız yazın ve kaybolun.

İki kafadardan bir tanesi bir sonraki hedefini belirliyor ancak bir tanesi bunu yapmaktan vazgeçiyor çünkü bir bebeği olacak ve başını daha fazla belaya sokmak istemiyor. Tek başına hedefin evine gidiyor ve tam boyayı yapacakken evde garip bir şeyler olduğunu fark ediyor. Evi incelerken adamın bodrumda gizli bir odada birini alıkoyduğunu fark ediyor ve ona yardım etmek istiyor. Burada işler beklendiği gibi gitmiyor ve garipleşiyor çünkü bu adam herhangi birisi değil ve esir olan adamı kurtarmak isterken şimdi de kendisi esir düşüyor.

Annesi bir şekilde bu adam tarafından kaçırıldığını anlayıp polise haber veriyor ancak baş komiser bu adamın arkadaşı ve polislerin çabası da yetersiz kalıyor. Bu sefer kadın oğlunu kurtarabilmek için kendisi evi takip etmeye başlıyor ve bir şekilde eve giriyor ancak nafile, bu sefer de kadın oğlunu kurtarmaya çalışırken yakalanıyor ve adamın evinde esir düşüyor. Bu esnada aile içi huzuru sağlayamadığı için diğer kafadarımız da eşinden ayrılmış durumda. Arkadaşının annesinin evine gidiyor ve orada kimseyi göremeyince bir plan yapıyor. O adamın evine girip arkadaşını ve onun annesini kurtarması gerekiyor ama aynı zamanda çok dikkatli olmalı. Çünkü kendisi bir baba ve başına bir şey gelirse çocuğunu bir daha asla göremeyebilir. Sizce planında başarılı olacak mı? Arkadaşı hala hayatta mı? O yaşlı adamın sırrı ne? Bütün bunlar büyük bir muamma. Cevabını öğrenmek için filmi izlemeniz gerekiyor!

Bu filmden çıkarılacak en önemli ders, sisteme karşı durmak iyi bir şey ama gerçekten bunu yapabilecek gücünüz yoksa hiçbir şey yapmasanız sizin için daha iyi olur çünkü neyin içine bulaştığınızın farkına varamazsanız sürdürdüğünüz mücadele bir hiçe dönüşür ve siz de bir hiç olursunuz. Çünkü karşınızdaki kişiler hem sizi hem ailenizi dünyadan siler ve arkada hiç iz bırakmayabilir. Filmde bu neredeyse gerçek oluyordu.

Filmdeki oyunculuklar hiç fena değildi çok bilinen oyuncular olmasa da iyi iş çıkardıklarını düşünüyorum. Özellikle psikopat rolünü başarıyla oynayabilmek benim için en büyük başarı ve oyuncu Hugh Bonneville bu konuda muazzam bir iş çıkarmış. Filme puan vermem gerekirse 10 üzerinden 6 vereceğim. Kötü bir film değil ama bir baş yapıt da değildi. Zamanınız var, bir gerilim filmi izlemek istiyorsunuz ve aklınızda hiçbir şey yok o zaman bu filmi tercih edebilirsiniz.
